MLB | Tigers vs Orioles
Play on: Tigers -103 at pinnacle
1 Unit FREE PLAY on Detroit Tigers -103
I like the price we are getting the Detroit Tigers at today against the Baltimore Orioles, one of the few teams that is actually worse than they are. Matt Boyd has been the ace of the Tigers this season at 4-4 with a 3.11 ERA and 1.01 WHIP in 11 starts. He has 80 strikeouts in 66 2/3 innings, so there has been nothing fluky about his numbers. Dylan Bundy is 2-5 with a 4.67 ERA in 10 starts for the Orioles. Bundy is 4-21 in night starts over the last two seasons. The Orioles are 1-10 in their last 11 home games against a left-handed starter. Baltimore is 0-9 in Bundy’s last nine starts against a team with a losing record. Give me the Tigers.

MLB | Indians vs Red Sox

1* Free MLB Pick on Cleveland Indians +180
I really like the value Cleveland is showing on the money line Tuesday. No question that the Indians have underperformed to this point, but the talent is definitely there for them to turn this thing around. Much like we have seen with Boston, who has needed to go 18-8 in their last 26 games to get a mere 4-games above .500.
I just thing the perception of these two teams at the moment and the Red Sox sending out David Price against Zach Plesac, has the line a lot higher than it should be. Plesac will be making his big league debut and has been straight dealing at the minor league level. Plesac is 4-1 with a strong 1.41 ERA and 0.78 WHIP in 9 minor league starts.
Red Sox scored 12 runs in yesterday's win, which is worth noting, as they are a mere 1-4 in their last 5 after scoring 5 or more runs. Boston has also not had much luck with Gabe Morales behind the plate. They are just 1-4 last 5 times he's umped home plate in their games. Take Cleveland!

MLB | Giants vs Marlins
Play on: Giants +105 at 5Dimes
Dave’s Tuesday Free Play:
1* on San Francisco Giants +105 The Key: I’ll back the rested Giants today who had Monday off up against the Marlins, who are in a letdown spot following a huge upset yesterday of Max Scherzer and the Nationals as +255 dogs. Now Miami is favored in this game and shouldn’t be. The Giants have the advantage on the rubber with Jeff Samardzija, who is 2-3 with a 3.27 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 10 starts this year. He’ll be opposed by Trevor Richards, who is 1-5 with a 4.14 ERA and 1.40 WHIP in 10 starts for Miami. Samardzija is 3-1 with a 2.43 ERA in his last 5 starts against the Marlins, yielding only 9 earned runs in 33 1/3 innings. Miami is 1-15 off 3 or more consecutive road games this season. Take San Francisco.

MLB | Blue Jays vs Rays
Play on: Rays -1½ +110 at 5Dimes
Jack’s Free Pick Tuesday: Tampa Bay Rays -1.5 (+110)
The Tampa Bay Rays are 32-19 this season and one of the best teams in baseball. Most impressively, the Rays have won 29 of those 32 games by two runs or more. We’ll back them on the Run Line today at an underdog price against the struggling Toronto Blue Jays.
The Blue Jays are just 7-19 in their last 26 games overall. A whopping 16 of those 19 losses have come by two runs or more. Their offense has been putrid. Clayton Richard makes just his second start of the season and will likely be on a pitch count.
Ryan Stanek has pitched well this season with a 1.64 ERA and 0.773 WHIP in 14 starts. Stanek has posted a 1.74 ERA and 0.678 WHIP in seven starts against the Blue Jays. The Rays are 6-1 in Stanek’s seven career starts against the Blue Jays and all six wins have come by two runs or more.
The Blue Jays are 3-15 after a two-game span where their bullpen threw 9 or more innings this season. The Rays are 17-5 in Stanek’s last 22 home starts. Tampa Bay is 72-34 in its last 106 home meetings with Toronto, and 5-1 in the last six meetings overall. Bet the Rays on the Run Line Tuesday.

MLB | Nationals vs Braves
Play on: Braves -107 at BMaker
10* FREE MLB PICK (Braves -107)
I'll take my chances here with Atlanta at basically even money at home against the Nationals. Braves are playing good ball at the moment, as they come in 9-3 in their last 12. Washington has won 3 of 4, but all 3 wins came against the Marlins, so that's nothing to read into. The biggest thing is the price we are getting with a guy as talented as Max Fried, who is 7-2 with a 2.96 ERA and 1.116 WHIP. Nats will have a big name on the mound in ace Stephen Strasburg, but Fried has been the better of the two and Washington has lost 3 of Strasburg's last 4 starts. Strasburg has also made just 4 of his 11 starts in night games and his ERA in those 4 night starts is 5.47. Give me Atlanta -107!

970 Kansas City at Chicago
Keller & Giolito
Brad Keller has had terrific success against the White Sox. In his last five starts against Chicago he has a 1.78 ERA and an average game score of 62. His advanced stats also sgnal a bit of positive regression.
Giolito has a 2.22 ERA and a 61 combined game score the last five games against this Kansas City offense. He's also in excellent form with game scores of 87, 59, 72 and 77 his last four overall starts.
With these offenses rated 6% and 4% worse than league average against right handed starters, we see plenty of zeros on the inning scoreboard.
