Must be carefully examined here if only for the decent speed figure earned in the last contest. With a strong 61 average Equibase Speed Fig at the distance, seems well suited for today's contest.

JUMP FOR JOY - The ROI when Reyes and Kantarmaci team up is fantastic. TARA'S TALENT - Ran last time out against a tougher field at Penn National. The move down the class scale should suit her well. I look for this pony to sit chilly and make a solid move on the turn, cruising straight on to the winner's circle. Another way to determine class is (EPS) earnings per start. This mount has the highest in the field. I think she'll be close at the finish line. Carrying 5 pounds less this race. Trainer has her in a good spot. CONGRESSIONALSTORM - This horse coming off a solid try in the last month is a win candidate in my opinion. This mare has been claimed each of her last two starts. She figures to be tough in today's race. This mare seems to like to win at big odds.

BIG MAX - Have to make this gelding a serious competitor; he comes off a nice race on May 27th. I think this gelding is very sharp right now. I like the fact that Rice brings him back to a race so quickly. 16-43-54 are last 3 Equibase speed figs. Improving each time out is something he should do again in this race. Gelding took a little vacation, but has been racing into shape.

ROCKYSBUCKAROO - Today's race is 5 1/2 furlongs. Hasn't finished in the money in a sprint affair in the last couple months. Not the greatest of signs. No value in placing a wager on this questionable contender. Probably won't improve off that May 14th affair. Tough to wager on this less than sharp equine running out of the number one post. His past performances show that he doesn't run well out of there. ROARING LAUNCH - I'm predicting a less than stellar go out of him this time out. STORM'S A SUSPECT - He's most likely going to get roasted up front. Don't feel this questionable contender will make an impact in today's event. That last rating was somewhat easily forgotten when compared with today's class rating.

Top HatGUEST COMMENTARY: Winston - BIG MAX - Rice has found an easier level of competition for this gelding today. Last contest was nowhere near as strong as this one.

Should definitely be given consideration in this contest if only for the solid speed rating garnered in the last affair. CRAIGVILLE BEACH - The average Equibase class figure alone makes this one a contender. Has been running solidly and has among the most competitive speed in the race for today's distance. THIS CAT CAN FLY - Looks formidable for the conditions of this contest today, showing solid figures in dirt route races lately. He has been racing admirably as of late while recording strong Equibase Speed Figures.
