GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY - A thoroughbred coming back this soon after a solid contest is a good signal. I think this gelding is ready to run a good one. He's had enough efforts since the vacation and should be fit. CHARLIE'S LUCKY - Ran last out against much better company at Prairie Meadows. The move down in class should suit him well. Gelding took a little vacation, but has been racing into shape.

QUEST FOR THE WIRE - When a conditioner brings any animal back this soon it is a positive signal. IVORY CLASSIC - With a nice class fig average of 67, has one of the most favorable class advantages in this group. The speedy return to the track points to a reliable effort this time around.

Sub-par performance last time out at Belmont Park was due to the off-going (she ran fifth). Should do much better right here under normal track conditions. PUFFERY - Trainer Hennig moves this thoroughbred down the ladder based on class rating points to face a lower class of horses. Look for a good race this time out. This horse has increased her speed ratings from a fig of 65 to 77 to 80 in a row. DANCINGWTHDAFFODLS - This filly is in good physical condition, having run a strong race on June 20th, finishing third. This filly is put right back into a race in less than 10 days; this is a positive sign. This filly should be at the fitness peak, this far into her form cycle.
