1 Unit FREE PLAY on Cleveland Indians -1.5 (-106)
The Cleveland Indians should win by two runs or more tonight with ease. They take on the hapless Baltimore Orioles, who are 22-58 on the season and have gone 1-13 in their last 14 games overall. Mike Clevinger recently returned from injury and is 1-1 with a 2.70 ERA in three starts this year, so the Indians are glad to have him back in their rotation. Clevinger is 4-0 with a 1.80 ERA in five previous starts against the Orioles. Baltimore is 5-27 against a team with a winning record this season and losing by 3.5 RPG. Give me the Indians on the Run Line.Comment

10* FREE MLB PICK (Braves +130)
I'll take my chances here with Atlanta at this price all day long. New York is simply overpriced because they have Jacob deGrom on the mound. As good as deGrom is, he might not be the best starter in this matchup. Mike Soroka of the Braves comes in at 8-1 with a 2.07 ERA and 0.970 WHIP in 13 starts. He's 4-0 with a 1.05 ERA in 7 road starts and 3-0 with a 1.96 ERA in 3 starts against the Mets. New York just finished up an 11-game road trip with 5 straight losses and are a mere 1-8 in their last 9 games at home after a road trip of 7 or more days. They are also somehow just 8-20 in deGrom's last 28 home starts and have lost 7 straight series openers started by the reigning Cy Young winner. Give me Atlanta +130!Comment

Jack’s Free Pick Friday: Chicago Cubs -109
The Chicago Cubs take on the Cincinnati Reds in Game 1 of this NL Central series Friday. The Reds have lost four straight coming in while being held to exactly one run in back-to-back losses to the Angels.
We are getting Cole Hamels at a very good value here. He has been excellent since the Cubs traded for him last year. Hamels is at it again this season, going 6-2 with a 2.92 ERA in 16 starts. He owns the Reds, going 12-1 with a 1.77 ERA in 18 career starts against them.
Sonny Gray is 3-5 with a 3.91 ERA in 15 starts this season, 2-2 with a 4.03 ERA in eight home starts, and 1-0 with a 6.00 ERA in his last three starts overall. Gray is also 0-1 with a 4.50 ERA in two career starts against the Cubs.
Chicago is 14-3 when revenging a loss as a home favorite this season. Hamels’ teams are 17-1 in his 18 career starts against the Reds. The Cubs are 11-4 in Hamels’ last 15 starts overall. Bet the Cubs Friday.Comment

Dave’s Friday Free Play:
1* on St. Louis Cardinals +109
The Key: The St. Louis Cardinals will be hungry for a victory tonight to end a three-game losing streak. They had yesterday off to regroup before this 3-game series with the Padres. Michael Wacha has been at his best on the road this year at 3-2 with a 3.89 ERA. He is pitching well coming in with a 3.37 ERA over his last 3 outings. Wacha has never lost to the Padres, going 3-0 with a 2.21 ERA in 6 lifetime starts against them. Eric Lauer is 5-7 with a 4.32 ERA in 15 starts this year for the Padres. He is 1-1 with a 9.00 ERA in 2 lifetime starts against the Cardinals. Wrong team favored in this one. Take St. Louis.Comment

MLB | Diamondbacks vs Giants
Play on: Giants +101 at pinnacle
1* Free MLB Pick on San Francisco Giants +101
I like the value here with San Francisco at basically a pick'em at home against the Diamondbacks. Arizona is simply getting a little too much love from the books in this one. Diamondbacks have won 4 of 5, but are just 1-game over .500 for the season.
I give the starting pitching edge to San Francisco in this one. Giants will send out rookie Shaun Anderson, who is coming off a strong start at Arizona, limiting the Diamondbacks to just 2 runs in 6 innings.
Arizona will counter with Merrill Kelly, who has a mere 4.95 ERA and 1.419 WHIP in 8 road starts. Diamondbacks are also a mere 1-6 in their last 7 after scoring 5 or more runs and 0-5 in their last 5 during game 2 of a series. Take San Francisco!Comment
