Trainer Calhoun moves this horse to a lower class level to face a lower rated field. Look for a nice race in here. The last speed fig of 63 is the best last race speed figure in the group. Ranked numero uno in earnings per start. Another confirmation that this horse has the class to take this race. FOX ALERT - Trainer Asmussen moves this one down the ladder based on class rating points to face a weaker class today. Look for a sharp race in this race. Don't throw this horse out due to her last affair at Oaklawn Park where she ended up eighth on a track listed as good. Expect better today.

COUNTRY LINEDANCER - Don't throw this thoroughbred out due to her last race at Laurel where she finished sixth on a sloppy track. I look for an improvement today. Carrying 6 pounds less this race. Trainer has her in a good spot. PERFECT EXCHANGE - I like to see fast workouts. This filly's last one was very good. Second fastest of the day. A repeat of that latest effort on June 14th where she registered a speed fig of 58 looks good enough to triumph in this event.

Vulnerable Contenders: #6 BOOM BOOM GONE (ML=5/1), #4 PARCHED GHOST (ML=5/1), #3 MAJORIE MUGS (ML=6/1),

BOOM BOOM GONE - Any horse coming out of a route event should show some early zip to clash with the sprinters. This was a live animal, but now this one hasn't been doing anything in the morning. Have to be somewhat leery of this horse. PARCHED GHOST - A bit of a less than stellar performance when this filly finished seventh. MAJORIE MUGS - Hard to keep chasing this kind of 'bridesmaid' horse. Won't be easy for this horse to beat this group off of that last fig. Improbable to improve enough to run a figure anywhere near today's class figure, so put her on the likely underpriced equines list.
