  Rockies off a crazy weekend series at home with the Reds and runs runs runs galore...while the Giants also put up 22 runs in a series win in Milwaukee. The Rockies came out HOT against the Reds putting up 4 runs in the first of each of the last 2 games. However, the pitching allowed the Reds to win the first and despite 4-0 and 10-5 leads survive by a single run yesterday 10-9.
  Samardzija likely gets jumped on quickly and Marquez has been surviving doing his best but allowing plenty of runs...winning Coors-style. Little matinee game and hard to believe the hot hitting is what goes away and not sudden pitching prowess taking over!

Do not be fooled by his overall stats including nearly 20 relief appearances as a reliever...with a very solid 3.66 xFIP. He even allows more hard hit balls (40+%) and the Braves have been hitting RHP consistently 43% hard hits since the start of the month.
