He gave up seven earned runs in four innings in his one start but he had also faced the Rockies the start before. The Dodgers are 9-3 against the Rockies this season, this is the best value you’ll get for a Cy Young candidate against a team under .500.

This should be closer to a coin flip, take the value in the Nats.
