I back AESOP here. With a formidable 86 average speed figure at the distance, seems well suited for today's contest. Is tough not to consider based on Equibase Speed Figures which have been quite good - 80 avg - of late. Horses who have been prepared to race at this distance and surface by Wolochuk have shown solid results recently. MALIBU WEST - Is a very strong contender based on figures garnered lately under today's conditions. He looks solid in this spot and I expect will be on the lead or close at the halfway point. PROUD MAXX - Have to consider solely on class, with some of the most favorable class numbers of this group of horses in this race. Players should probably feel comfortable with this choice given Hernandez's recent gains at the window.
