They have also been good to the over in non-conference contests, going 12-3-2 to the over in their last seventeen in that spot. Army has been an over team as well in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone up and over the number in 19 of their last 26 versus a team from Conference USA. Throw in the fact that these two teams have gone 5-1 to the over in their last six head to head meetings and that's where we'll have our play as we think both teams struggle to stop the run at West Point on Friday night.

Wisconsin has posted a 7-2 record to the under in their last nine games played in the month of August and they closed out their 2018 season by going 5-2 to the under in their last seven games overall. USF has been an under team as well in the spot they are in here as they have gone under the number in ten of their last fourteen games played on a natural surface and they are 5-1-1 to the under in their last seven versus a team from the Big 10. Throw in the fact that we expect the Badgers to try and control the ground game, in turn running clock and we're playing the under in this one in Tampa on Friday evening.

Rutgers has posted a perfect 4-0 ATS record in their last four games played in the month of August and they have gone an excellent 4-1 ATS in their last five home contests. They have also covered the number in each of their last five games versus an independent school and they closed out their 2018 season by covering each of their last five contests. UMass, on the other hand, has struggled a bit in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone just 1-4 ATS in their last five played in the month of August and they are just 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games. It seems crazy to lay a big number with the Scarlet Knights but they are the superior team here and when you throw in the fact that the Minutemen are 0-4 ATS in their last four versus a team from the Big 10, we're laying the points here with Rutgers to get the home win and cover on Friday evening.
4 Unit Play. Take #158 Nevada +11 over Purdue (9:30 PM, Friday, August 30, CBS Sports Network)
Nevada has posted a perfect 4-0 ATS record in their last four home games and they have gone an excellent 7-3 ATS in their last ten Friday night contests. They were also good against the number down the stretch last season, covering five of their last seven. As for Purdue, they have been good on the road but this is just a weird trip for them to open up a season heading west to take on the Wolfpack. Throw in the fact that this is just the third time since the 2007 season that Purdue is laying double-digits on the road, a spot that is hard to trust anyone in, and we're taking the points with Nevada in a game that we think they can at least keep close down to the wire in Reno on Friday night.

The Cowboys have posted a 5-2 record to the over in their last seven road games and they have gone an excellent 13-6 to the over in their last nineteen games overall. The Beavers have been an over team as well in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone up and over the total in four of their last five Friday night games and they are an impressive 12-3-1 to the over in their last sixteen overall. Throw in the fact that Oregon St is a perfect 7-0 to the over in their last seven non-conference games and that's where we'll have our play as we think both teams struggle to get stops in Corvallis on Friday night

Sure seems like this is too easy...and the full game line is now up to a full 5 points at a lot of books! Newman at the helm of a high powered offense that gets better almost yearly is going to be just flat out too much for the visiting Aggies who are almost a brand "new" team outside of the signal caller. Likely the best player on the field, he is on an island for his team and just too much to overcome playing a team from a major conference no matter which one...
