Young v. Stroman
13-4 TREND here for us backing Stroman in this spot at home today after a shutout. Also a 24-14 trend backing us, we avoid the Mets potentially disastrous bullpen. The DBacks are on a getaway day and are basically playing this game in mid-morning according to the body clock they will need to reset to fly straight back to AZ as soon as the game wraps. Stroman has been solid in the PAs he has had against this lineup...and the strength of late for the DBack on offense is against LHP.
The Mets have the chance to sweep this 4 game series and I think Marcus and the batting order will come out popping with that possiblity, they have also hit LHP decently enough...and with a ML play we allow a push into the bet...so safety is key when you're on a bit of a skid!

  A couple of LHP pitchers who by themselves with an early start time is +13% ROI on the Under play and we get the hook here. No Yelich again and no Anderson again....sure feels like the 5th inning closes at about 2-0 in my opinion!

Last night's play was a washout, as the Yankees/Tigers game was postponed. Today they play a traditional doubleheader, starting at 1PM est. I'm going to do a small play on the 1PM game - going with the Yankees at -230 - best line at 5dimes. If the Tigers happen to win that first game, I'll go a bit heavier on the nightcap - as I don't see any way they sweep a doubleheader from the Yankees, and also beat them 3 times in a row. If the Yankees win Game 1 or not, the play is to take the Run Line of -1.5 which now sits at about -190 at most off shores. Manage the size of your play by the result of the first game. Believe it or not, it's tough for a team to outplay ANY team over 18 innings of baseball in one day. But this is a matchup where that likely can occur. So check your bankroll - track Game 1 (play on Yankees), and then decide how heavy to go on Game 2.
