The Braves found their bats late last night. I believe the momentum will carry over into today. St. Louis was super aggressive on the bases which is a huge advantage in playoff games. Teams that steal bases and play small ball tend to advance. The Braves are in desperation mode tonight. The let a win get away from them yesterday. Both teams should plate enough runs to make this a high scoring game. Take the Over
This line should be attributed to the Justin Verlander effect. The Rays' Tyler Glasnow couldn’t be entering the playoffs pitching any better than he has. He is not only on a four-game win streak but has given up zero runs in his last three starts. With him being virtually unhittable entering the playoffs, there is simply way too much value on the Rays, especially at +1.5 (-120) on the road. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 2-1 type ball game. Take the cushion with the runline here.

4-Unit Play. #027 Toronto -150 over Columbus (Friday, October 4 at 7:00 PM ET)
Take Toronto on the Moneyline as my 4-Unit NHL Play for Friday night. This pick falls into one of my top NHL systems and Toronto has a huge benefit of having one game under their belt this season. Toronto started slow last game so I expect them to come out strong from the start here tonight and they are 21-8 in their last 29 games after scoring 5 goals are more in their previous game. Toronto is the superior team here and the favorite is 4-0 in the last 4 games play between these 2 teams. This is also a down year for Columbus who lost their top scorer and goaltender in the off-season. Play Toronto Moneyline as we move to 2-1 on the NHL season after a tough loss last night in a game that we should have won where Winnipeg out shot New York by 15.
