4 Unit Play. Take #901 Atlanta Braves +120 over St. Louis Cardinals (3:05 PM, Monday, October 7, TBS) The Braves have posted a perfect 6-0 record in their last six games where they faced a team with a home winning % of .600 or higher and they have gone an excellent 19-7 in their last 26 games following a win. They have also been dominant against right-handed starters, winning 22 of their last 32 when facing a righty. The Cardinals, on the other hand, have struggled a bit in the spot they are in here today as they have gone just 2-6 in their last eight versus a team with a winning record and they have that same 2-6 record in their last eight games overall. They have also lost four of their last five games following a loss and they are an awful 1-5 in their last six playoff games. Throw in the fact that the Braves are 7-1 in their last eight road games against the Cardinals and we're taking Atlanta at the small underdog price to get the road win and close out the series in St Louis on Monday afternoon. 4 Unit Play. Take #903 Los Angeles Dodgers +120 over Washington Nationals (6:40 PM, Monday, October 7, TBS) The Dodgers have posted a perfect 7-0 record in their last seven road games where they faced a righty starter and they have gone an excellent 10-1 in their last eleven road games overall. They have also won seven of their last eight games following a win and they are an impressive 10-2 in their last twelve Divisional Round Playoff games. The Nationals, on the other hand, have struggled a bit in the spot they are in here tonight as they have gone just 3-7 in their last ten Divisional Round games and they have lost eight of their last eleven playoff games at home. They have also struggled against the Dodgers with Scherzer on the hill, going 0-4 in the last four games where they were in that spot. Throw in the fact that the Dodgers are 13-3 in Rich Hill's last sixteen starts versus a team from the NL East along with the fact that LA has won eleven of their last fifteen head to head meetings with the Nationals and we're going to take the Dodgers at the small underdog price to get the road win in DC on Monday evening. 4 Unit Play. Take #905 Houston Astros -130 over Tampa Bay Rays (1:05 PM, Monday, October 7, MLB Network) The Astros have posted a perfect 6-0 record in their last six Divisional Round games and they have gone an excellent 8-1 in their last nine road contests. They have also won 38 of their last 51 games following a win and they are an impressive 38-14 in their last 52 games following an off day/ The Rays, on the other hand, have struggled a bit in the spot they are in here today as they have gone just 1-6 in their last seven playoff home games and they are just 3-8 in their last eleven playoff games overall. They have also lost each of their last four games where they faced a righty starter and they are an awful 8-18 in their last 26 versus a team with a winning % of .600 or higher. Throw in the fact that the Astros have won four of the last five head to head meetings between the two teams and we're laying what looks to be a short price with them here to get the road win and the sweep in St Pete on Monday afternoon. 7 Unit Play. Take #907 New York Yankees -145 over Minnesota Twins (8:40 PM, Monday, October 7, FS1) The New York Yankees will look to complete a three-game sweep of the Minnesota Twins when the two teams meet at Target Field in Minneapolis, MN on Monday night. Luis Severino (1-1, 1.50 ERA, 1.00 WHIP) will get the start for the Yankees and he will be opposed by Jake Odorizzi (15-7, 3.51 ERA, 1.21 WHIP), who is scheduled to get the call on the hill for the Twins. The Yankees have posted a perfect 4-0 record in their last four games where they faced a team from the AL Central Division and they are an excellent 4-1 in their last five games following an off day. They have also won five of their last seven versus a team with a winning % of .500 or higher and they are an impressive 21-7 in their last 28 Game #3's of a series. The Twins, on the other hand, have struggled a bit in the spot they are in here tonight as they have gone just 2-5 in their last seven versus a team from the AL East and they are just 3-9 in their last twelve at home versus a team with a winning record on the road, They have also lost ten of their last eleven playoff home games and they are an awful 4-22 in their last 26 playoff games overall. Throw in the fact that the Yanks have gone 35-16 in their last 51 games played at Target Field and that they are a lights out 62-21 in their last 83 head to head meetings with the Twins overall and we're going to lay the price with them here to get the road win and complete the sweep in Minneapolis on Monday night.
