Both of these Eastern Conference teams have played two games and the defending champs again look like a very deep team. The first two games for the Raptors both of them have gone 'Over' the total and last night the Chicago Bulls stole a road game in Memphis and scored 110 points. Tonight the Bulls get this game at home and I see a very high tempo game with tons of offense. Chicago is 5-2 O/U against Eastern Conference teams and the Raptors are 4-0 O/U following a SU loss. Last 10 meetings in Chicago 8 of them have gone 'Over' and again we should see tons of offense in the Windy City.
