The Bulls have disappointed out of the gate but this is a team that was liked by many wise guys in the futures market. Coming off an embarrassing loss to the Knicks, in a game it had fully in hand, we expect a superior performance tonight.
The Cavaliers had a record setting bad defense last year, and now have the youngest starting backcourt in the league. That defense was finally exploited by the Bucks last time out, and we expect the Bulls to do the same here.

I’m not sure what the Bulls have done to warrant being road favorites over the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight. They were upset by both the Hornets and Knicks on the road, and they were blasted by 24 points by the Raptors at home. The Cavaliers have lost two road games, but they won their only home game by 11 over the Pacers. The Bulls are now 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Cavaliers are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games against a team that wins less than 40% of their games. The underdog is 22-5 ATS in the last 27 meetings. Give me the Cavaliers.

I'll take my chances here with Cleveland as a home dog against the Bulls. Chicago is a team a lot of people were really high on and many felt they could be a surprise team to make the Eastern Conference playoffs. I just think it has them overvalued right now and it shows with their 1-3 ATS mark. Bulls don't know how to close out games, have struggled to get easy shots and don't play a lot of defense. Cleveland on the other hand is a team no one expected anything of, but I like how this team has come out to start the year. They covered their first two before just missing out on a cover in a 17-point loss at Milwaukee, where they were a 15-point dog. Cavs were only down 5-points midway thru the 4th quarter. Give me Cleveland +2!

And the Pistons lost by 17 at home to Atlanta and by 6 to Philadelphia at home.
