It’s hard to get into the mindset of the Washington players. This team had home of making the playoffs this year or at the very least the PAC 12 Title Game again. Those goals are gone. Oregon State on the other hand has progressed big time as a program. This is a team that is actually a scoring threat with Jermar Jefferson running the football and Jake Luton having a solid senior season at QB. Both teams come into this game a little banged up at receiver, but the real story are the defenses. Oregon State has never had a solid defense. This year is no different as they just don’t have the players to stop more talented offenses. Washington should have no problem scoring behind their solid offensive line. The Huskies on Defense are in a rebuilding year. This is a team that lost so many pro level players to graduation. Oregon State has the talent to put up points on this team, gone are the days of Jake Browning dominating the Beavers. Jacob Eason is a good replacement, but he is not going to take over football games. Oregon State has tremendous confidence coming in winners of two straight on the road. This should be a closer game than last year. Take Oregon State and the Over.

  Hmmm...Marist getting a half dozen points eh? The Metro is my bread and butter this is just simply a case of a home team with a game under their belts playing a team expected to be as bad or worse and a mistaken line by my numbers. John Dunne had a lot of upperclassmen to deal with his first season...but now it is mostly HIS guys on HIS team...and they love to get down in the muck...play defense more than anything and frustrate offensive minded teams.
  They also have the ability to score on a squad that allows 80+ points a game...but not give up the points.
  The theme tonight is mistakes from Vegas not prepared for the market or incorrectly adjusting....and Marist I think should win this game....and if they fail to, they certainly will crush the Keydets spirit with hardcore defense and a close game throughout!

  Now they travel across country for a Grand Canyon tune up before facing the real deal Arizona Wildcats next. -7... what the hell is happening here....maybe I will be off but if this is caused by the NSU game then thank goodness because this line is HALF what it should be...and Grand Canyon shorthanded AND off a SU loss to Davenport University....yes correct a school from Michigan in DII.
