Do not like this spot for the 8-3 Minnesota Vikings at all, as Minnesota comes to Seattle off their late season bye and their mark of just 2-7 against the spread coming out of a bye is just the tip of an iceberg of stats that do not at all favor Mike Zimmer's club.

Seattle played at San Francisco on November 11th, had their bye on the 17th, then played last week at Philadelphia and will be on the road at the Rams and Panthers after this LONE HOME GAME in a 6-week stretch! Even though they are 0-4-1 against the spread at home this season, this primetime game sure looks like the spot they post the straight up and against the spread win.

The Seahawks are 28-5-1 in primetime games under head coach Pete Carroll, with an 18-2 straight up mark in their home stadium. That mark includes a 21-7 win and cover on Monday night last December against Minnesota in a game the Vikes scored their lone TD with just over a minute remaining in the lopsided contest.

To further compound issues, Kirk Cousins brings in a 6-13 straight up and against the spread record for his career when playing on Monday, Thursday and Sunday nights, with an 0-7 mark when playing on Monday night!

Both teams are in the thick of the NFC playoff picture and while Kirk Cousins and Minnesota has been playing well of late, the have dropped 3 of their 5 away games this season both straight up and against the spread thus far.

Seattle is riding a 4 game winning streak heading into this one, and I am going to side with them to come through in their lone home game in just about a month.

Seahawks by a solid touchdown or better on Monday.

Philly was off on Sunday, but Utah is fresh off their Sunday game in Toronto against the Raptors. The Jazz saw yesterday's clash in Canada play well Over the total as the Jazz allowed 130 big points in their 130-110 setback.

With that Over, Utah has played 5 of their last 6 games Over the posted price, but I see that trending changing for tonight as the Jazz will most definitely be a little tired come the end of this back-to-back spot.

As for the 76ers, their Saturday Over snapped a 5 game Under run they had been on. Philly averages just under 109 points per game, while allowing just over 104 points per game. I get the feeling this meeting with the Jazz is going to be played in a game that lands in the 90's as we stay Under the total.

These teams did play in early November in Salt Lake City in a game that did sneak Over the total by a single point, but that Over has been the exception and not the rule when the Jazz and Sixers meet, as 9 of their last 12 series meetings have held Under the posted total.

With Utah averaging just under 107 points per game, while allowing just under 104 points per game against, I see this one following series form and holding Under the total for the 10th time in the last 13 meetings.
