Louisville is wearing it now and hosts a team that could make a case for being No. 1. The Wolverines recently plowed over a pair of top-10 teams in North Carolina and Gonzaga. Previous victims were Creighton and Iowa State as coach Juwan Howard has weathered a challenging schedule in his first season. Michigan shoots nearly 53 percent, No. 2 in the nation, and defends the 3-pointer 16 percentage points better than Louisville.
