Colts +9 over Saints
It was a heartbreaking loss for the Saints last weekend. I don’t think it will mentally affect them tonight, but it might physically. This is a team that lost a couple defenders this week who were put on IR and at all three levels of their defense are not operating at 100 percent. The Colts have their issues this year on offense, but they do have a pretty good defense and they are a desperate team fighting for their playoff lives. The playoffs might be out of reach, but they are not going down without a fight tonight. The possible return of TY Hilton could really give them a great shot in this game. The Saints are not the same team they once were on defense. I just don’t think this team should be heavy favorites. This year the NFL has been so wide open that truly just about any team can lose on any given week. New Orleans is missing key guys in the trenches on both sides of the ball and I believe Indianapolis can win in these areas tonight. Marlon Mack is a capable running back that can keep his team in the game. The Colts play a very boring style of football which can really help slow things down therefore limiting the possessions Brees has to score. I think there is really good value tonight in the dog. Take the Colts.Comment
