Kirk Cousins doesn't perform well in the Monday night spotlight. Green Bay hasn't been terrific, but the Packers are 11-3 and they've already beaten Minnesota once. No way I'm laying points with Cousins on Monday night.

              Kenny White

Kenny White learned the bookmaking business on his father's knee. By age 24 he was running a sportsbook and at 26 he was setting lines for Vegas' biggest casinos. A two-time winner of the prestigious Stardust Football Invitational, the originator of Player Power Ratings and the former head of the powerful Las Vegas Sports Consultants, Kenny arrived to SportsLine armed with new algorithms, ready to exploit mistakes in the betting line. One of his specialties is CBB over-unders: he's 58-44 all-time.

The Under is 16-5 in Pittsburgh's last 21 games - 11-3 overall this season and 6-0 on the road. The average score in the Steelers' last six is 15.5-15. Pittsburgh QB Devlin "Duck" Hodges' red-zone numbers are well below average. Pittsburgh owns the fourth-best defense in yards allowed per play and third in yards allowed per rush. The Jets will look to turn RB Le'Veon Bell loose against his former team. New York's defense ranks sixth in yards allowed per play and first in yards allowed per rush.

Baltimore hasn't lost since Sept. 29th at home versus Cleveland. Revenge is in the discussion. Not only have the Ravens won 10 straight, they are 7-1 ATS in their last eight. Baltimore has done its best work on the road, outscoring opponents 33.7-18.4 and outgaining them 410-314. The Ravens, who have the No. 1 offense and fourth-ranked defense, have a chance to sew up the top seed in the AFC.

The Raiders are now in a more familiar role as an underdog. The Chargers are just 7-19-1 in their last 27 home games. Los Angeles has not been a home for them, as their opponents have had more fans there than they do. This game will be no different. The Raiders are 0-5 ATS in their last five, but the Chargers are not much better at 1-4.

                  Giants -1 over Redskins
The NY Giants quarterback situation couldn’t have ended better for them. Eli Manning got his proper send off in New York and it feels now like the keys have been passed to Daniel Jones and everybody is happy. The Giants pounded the Redskins in the first meeting and I have to go with them again today because the Redskins have only rookies at wide receiver and a rookie QB. These scenarios NEVER happen in the NFL so I am going to go against teams like this every single time this pops up. Both teams should move the ball on the ground today, but I don’t trust Dwayne Haskins and all rookie receivers for four full quarters. Take the Giants.

                  Bengals -1 over Dolphins
The Cincinnati Bengals are on pace to get the #1 pick. This roster has a lot of talented guys who have played together for a long time so their new rookie head coach will be on thin ice next year. Miami is another football team with a rookie head coach. This is the team we thought wouldn’t win a game, but they have three. This team has promise next year. This game comes down to talent on the field. Miami is one of the least experienced defenses you will ever see in the NFL. Most of the guys on the field are rookies or were always backup players in the NFL. I wanted to also take the Over, but the wind is too much today. The Bengals have a solid running back in Joe Mixon and are the better team on both sides of the ball. It’s important for Cincinnati to grab a road win this season. Take the Bengals.

                  Rotation #471-472
                  Colts -6.5 over Panthers
The Panthers will be starting Rookie QB Will Grier today. This is a team that lost their coach and offensive coordinator mid-season and there is not a team in the NFL that uses less skilled players so opposing defenses know exactly what this team is doing. They had the ball off to only one guy and target the same four guys over and over again. Indy is coming off an embarrassing loss so the public probably is not backing them today because of that. This is still a talented defensive football team that just so happen to catch Drew Brees on a historic night. This unit will seek redemption and Will Grier is the victim. Take the Colts.

                  Rotation #475-476
                  Cowboys -2.5 over Eagles
The Cowboys have won 4 straight in this series and can take the NFC East with a win today. Dallas is unpredictable on the road, but in this spot I have to take the team that is loaded with talent against a team that has been hit hard with injuries this year. Nobody on this Eagles Offense scares you down field. This Eagles Secondary has given up long plays to bad QB’s all season. This team is injured and with that just doesn’t have the talent right now to move themselves into the playoffs. The best part about football is you have to indeed play the game and the saying “On any given Sunday” is so true, but you have to go with facts and logic in the NFL over your heart. Dallas is better at just about every position today. Take the Cowboys.

                  Cardinals/Seahawks Over 51.5
Seattle might be looking ahead to their huge game against San Francisco next week, but they want to keep winning. We will see two excellent QB’s playing against each other that you would never believe were QB’s if you saw them on the street. Both QB’s are almost spitting images of each other and the game would not be the same without them. Kyler Murray has a long way to go to be in Russell Wilson talk, but both are electric and hard to stop. Both defenses have a lot of injuries today and the offenses should have a field day. Clowney being out for Seattle hurts them in the pass rush department so look for Murray to have time to hit his targets. Wilson should dice up this weak Arizona Secondary. Look for a ton of fireworks today. Take the Over.

Bill Marzano takes a basic approach to handicapping: He follows each sport daily, analyzing stats and trends, injuries and personnel. He homes in on refs and umps to get an edge. And he uses all the resources he's compiled over the years. Marzano believes in patience and doesn’t play games every day or just because he’s up or down or on a streak. He likes run lines, puck lines and isn’t afraid of a two- or three-game parlay. Marzano excels in every major sport and absolutely dominates the NHL. Over the past four years, he's returned a documented profit of $10,091 to $100 NHL players.

The Bucks are hands down the best team in the NBA. They have won three straight meetings with the Pacers and handed them their worst loss of the season in the last matchup 102-83. Milwaukee leads the league in scoring, averaging just over 120 points per game, and is 8-0 against the Central Division. The Bucks are 4-0 in the second game of back-to-back sets this season. The Ravens are riding a 10-game winning streak and showing no signs of slowing down. Their last loss came against the Browns, and you can believe they have had this game circled. Baltimore's Lamar Jackson is on his way to the MVP award with 33 TD passes and the NFL record for rushing yards by a QB in a season. The Ravens are one-half game ahead of New England in the AFC and own the tiebreaker, so every contest is important down the stretch.

The Sharks are struggling with just one win in nine games this month. They were beat up by the more physical St. Louis club on Saturday and face a Golden Knights team that is playing well. Vegas won two of the previous three meetings this season, outscoring San Jose 10-4 in the process. Golden Knights G Marc-Andre Fleury is 14-7-3 on the season and has completely outplayed Sharks G Martin Jones. The Sharks have lost six of their last seven games played on no rest, while Vegas is 26-7 their last 33 played on Sundays.

                      Michael Rusk

Don’t let his age fool you, 24-year-old Michael Rusk is no stranger to the industry. He built his name by exploiting flaws in public betting. With his economics and statistics background, Michael uses multiple algorithms pooling with recency bias to produce profitable picks. Sharp action, regression, fading the public and closing line value are all things he considers before finalizing his very selective card.

The last time these teams met, they combined for only 41 points in the fourth quarter to finish at 201. The altitude in Denver plays a large role in the scoring total. Los Angeles plays its run-and-gun style at home, posting the top field-goal percentage in the league. I like the Lakers, who are in the top 10 in scoring, to push the tempo early as each team records over 110 points.

The Thunder currently rank 18th in the league in scoring while the Clippers are third in field-goal percentage against. These teams don't figure to engage in a high-scoring affair. Their meeting just over a month ago was set at 221.5 and ended at 178. Way too many points in this matchup.

                      TORONTO -2.5

The Raptors are 6-1 in their last seven at home against the Mavericks. In fact, they have been double-digit favorites in the last two meetings. Without F Luka Doncic in this one, I don’t think the Mavericks can post back-to-back road wins as underdogs. Toronto is on a different level than Dallas defensively and shouldn’t have any issues taking this one at home.

                                3-Unit Play: Take 457 Lions +7 over Broncos (4:05 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 22)

I'm taking the points with the Lions on Sunday. We get it -- Detroit is a mess. But the Broncos are now finishing what will be their third straight losing season and the point-spread is the almighty equalizer. Denver has covered just one of their last seven as a non-divisional home favorite and despite Detroit's struggles, they have the goods to hang this number. Denver is an overvalued favorite this week and we'll grab the points with the Lions on Sunday. Thanks & GL! Scott Spreitzer.

                                3-Unit Play: Take 464 Titans +2.5 over Saints (1 p.m., Sunday, Dec, 22)

I'm taking the points with Tennessee on Sunday. The Titans were in a horrible spot last week and we played against them, cashing a 7-Unit ticket on Houston. With that behind them and New Orleans providing Tennessee with plenty of motivation, we expect the Titans to hand the Saints a defeat. Drew Brees was beyond phenomenal last week but that intensity level will be hard to match outdoors on the road. In fact, they're off back-to-back intense contests, with Brees setting the record on Monday, which followed the wild, hard-fought, close loss to SFO. Tennessee is in a must-win mode and while that doesn't mean this is an automatic win, we believe they'll get the job done with the team in the poor spot standing on the other sideline this week. I'm grabbing the points with the Titans on Sunday. Thanks & GL! Scott Spreitzer.

                                6-Unit Play: Take 477 Cardinals +9.5 over Seahawks (4:25 p.m., Sunday., Dec. 22)

I'm taking the points with the Cardinals on Sunday. Yes, Seattle is playing for a top seed but they're basically 50-50 ATS over the last 2+ seasons at home where they're overvalued more often than not. Arizona has been much more competitive than I thought they'd be before the season began, posting an 8-5-1 ATS mark. I'm a Russell Wilson fan and same goes for Seattle RB Carson. The problem with laying big points with Seattle is that they don't normally blow teams out. The Seahawks have won 10 games by 8 points or less -- unable to consistently gain separation from the opposition. As much as I like the Wilson-Carson combo, the Cardinals aren't too shabby in the offensive backfield either with the up-and-coming Kenyan Drake-Kyler Murray combo looking better by the week. I do believe they can keep the Seahawks' offense off the field enough to keep this inside the number. I'm taking the points with the Cardinals on Sunday. Thanks & GL! Scott Spreitzer.
