Brown is definitely worth a look as a home dog in Friday's Ivy League showdown with Yale. Bears will be highly motivated to get their revenge on the Bulldogs, from last week's 16-point loss.
Plenty of reason to believe the Bears flip the script on their home floor. The difference in the previous match was turnovers and 3-point shooting. Brown was 3 for 21 (14.3%) from deep, while the Bulldogs were 10-24 (41.7%). They also had 19 turnovers to Yale's 12. Overall shooting percentages, rebounds and free throws were all even.
Bears should be able to protect the ball better on their home court, while the 3-point shooting could be a complete reversal. Brown is shooting 38% from deep at home, where they are also limiting teams to 26%.
Yale is also at a disadvantage here in terms of rest. While Brown has had the week off following that loss to the Bulldogs, Yale had to go play a road game at Howard on Monday.
Bears are 6-2 ATS last 8 at home and 21-8 ATS last 29 at home off a road loss by 10 or more. Take Brown!Comment

We think that this is a very public line and will go with the home underdog tonight. The Raptors enter having won five straight. But we feel this is a letdown spot after their big win over Philly last time out. The Raptors have been getting some press, and the public is buying in, and we think this line has been inflated as we think 6 would be a more appropriate number and we are getting the Knicks, who have covered in three straight games and are playing hard, on the other side of the key NBA betting number of 7. I'll take my chances here with the OVER 218.5 tonight in Chicago, as the Bulls will play host to the Kings. Both of these defenses are really struggling coming into this game. Sacramento is giving up 122.7 ppg over their last 6 games and have allowed each of their last 4 opponents to shoot better than 50% from the field.
With the Kings playing their 4th straight game on the road (all within a span of just 7 days), which has seem them go from Utah to Miami to Detroit and now Chicago, I don't think the defense will be there tonight, especially with Sacramento down their two big men in Richaun Holmes and Marvin Bagley III.
While Chicago hasn't been as bad as the Kings defensively, they are giving up 109.3 ppg in their last 6 and have allowed opponents to shoot 47% or better from the field in 11 of their last 12 games. Bulls offense has scored 115 or more in 3 of their last 5, with the only two exceptions coming at Milwaukee and at Philly, two of the better defensive teams in the league.
OVER is 30-14 in Kings last 44 road games after allowing 110 or more in 3 straight games, 14-3 in their last 17 after 3 straight games letting teams shoot 50% or better and a perfect 8-0 in their last 8 on the road after going OVER in each of their previous 3 games. Give me the OVER 218.5!Comment

They should go into Minnesota and win going away tonight. The Timberwolves are 0-7 SU & 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Rockets are 3-0 SU & 3-0 ATS in their last three meetings with the Timberwolves with the three wins coming by 30, 20 and 15 points. Minnesota is 0-7 ATS in its last seven home games off two consecutive losses. The Timberwolves are 5-15-1 ATS in all home games this season. Minnesota is 1-8 ATS in home games against good teams that outscore their opponents by 3 PPG or more this season. Give me the Rockets.Comment
