But, for this game, you have Pacers team that put up less than 90 points last game to the Knicks who play great defense and who is likely to bounce-back offensively here. Oladipo was 2/8 from the field and has truly struggled in his first two games back but I think he gets his feet more wet today. Plus, the Mavs put up 120+ points against the Hawks without both their stars last game as this team does have firepower and does play well when needed to without their stars. With the Pacers playing so bad offensively last game and the Mavs being motivated by their two stars not playing, I think it sets up nicely for a likely over here today. Hence, look for the Over!

We are aware that this line is high but I think there is a few factors playing into this. First of all, we would be remiss if we did not tell you that we likely have a 7*NBA Today and we are on a 9-2 NBA Run and +5800 on the year and we are getting close to that +6500 mark. So, join us for that. XFL will start this week as well and there are some big names in the XFL who used to play in the NFL including Trent Richardson and coaches such as Bob Stoops and June Jones. Look out for 4 plays per week and it will be great. Per this game, Kansas did not play well against Texas Tech. They nearly lost that game and they won despite their big man scoring 11 points in 44 minutes. Coach Self talked about how they have to get big Azu involved more and he has to play better. Texas comes off back to back conference wins and has some revenge from losing to Kansas earlier. However, Texas has not won 3 conference games all year. Texas lost by 38 to WVU and 10 to Oklahoma and can certainly lose to Kansas by a decent margin here. I don't see Kansas taking Texas lightly at all and I think they play great

We are rolling with the under as the Stars come in with the #2 defense in the league shutting teams down completely allowing an average of just 2.49 GAA. Regardless of who starts in goal for the Stars both goalies have a 2.30 GAA. The Stars overall as a team have a very tight defensive system that every one has bought into and is the key to their success. That said as favorites on the road this year they are only scoring 1.89 GF per game which has also been their issue but what they do is they force teams to play their style of game and generally have close 1 goal games. On the flip side the Rangers have tightened things up recently allowing just 2 goals against in their last 5 games. This young team is settling in to their new systems and they know if they want to contend for a wild card spot they need to play a better defensive game. I think we see close battle here great public fade to boot. Take the under. Under is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings. Under is 18-6-3 in Stars last 27 games as a road favorite. Under is 4-0-1 in Rangers last 5 overall.

In no way am I comparing Sacramento State to a Virginia program, but this team mirrors them in a lot of ways. This is a team that won’t beat themselves and they play rock solid defense. Idaho is a team that has no identity with an interim coach. This team is 0-8 on the road and just does not play good defense. I think Vegas knows what they are doing by setting a line this high. Sacramento State is not a top tier team by any means because they have a poor offense, but playing at a slow pace with purpose and rock solid defense frustrates poor basketball teams. It won’t be pretty, but at some point the Hornets will pull away. Take Sacramento State.
