Cincinnati comes into this game winners of 5 straight, but it was their signature win the other night at Wichita State that has this team rolling. This is an experienced bunch of players who are big and physical. This team is talented in all areas of the game and if John Brannen keeps this team motivated they have a great chance to make a deep tournament run. UConn is a pretty good team this year, but I don’t think they are on the same talent level as the Bearcats. Losing a big man in Tyler Polley really hurts when it comes to matchups like this one. The Bearcats are not the best road team so I don’t think they will take this team lightly today. Take Cincinnati.

1-Unit Play. Take #850 Central Florida (-2) over Tulsa (2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 9)
The word is out on Tulsa. This team parlayed a six-game winning streak, a solid home court advantage, and the fact that no one took them seriously into a run to the top of the AAC. The only problem with that is that they aren't the top team in the AAC. And now they have a target on their back so they are getting everyone's best shot. Central Florida is in second-to-last place in the conference, yet they are favored in this game. That's a red flag. The line also moved from -1.0 to -2.0 despite the fact that the public is overwhelming on the side of the Hurricanes. Another red flag. Tulsa is also in a letdown spot after their winning streak was snapped at home against Connecticut. UCF was 9-2 at one point this year, but then had to play 7 of 11 games on the road. I think they are due to do something right and I think they will get this win in a typical low-scoring grinder.

2-Unit Play. Take #857 Notre Dame (+1) over Clemson (6 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 9)
Notre Dame has won three in a row and is on a solid 6-1 ATS run. They've been playing well, and its as much about their losses as their wins. Their last three losses have come by a combined six points, including games against Florida State and Louisville. This team is playing well. Clemson is all over the map. Kick out their still-incredible Duke upset. Beyond that their only other three wins in the last month have come by seven total points (with one in OT). Notre Dame will struggle with Clemson's defense and physicality. But it isn't anything the Irish can't handle.
