Marc Gasol and Norman Powell are both out for the Raptors tonight. Serge Ibaka is questionable. The Raptors have been able to win despite the injuries this year, but they are starting to get too much respect from oddsmakers now after winning a NBA-high 15 straight games coming in.
One of those wins came two games back against these Brooklyn Nets. The Raptors won 119-118 as 6-point home favorites. Now the Nets get a shot at revenge just four days later at home this time around. I fully expect the Nets to end this streak, but we’ll take the points for some added insurance.
The Nets have been playing great without Kyrie Irving all season. And that has certainly been the case here of late as the Nets are 5-2 SU & 6-1 ATS in their last seven games overall with their two losses coming by a combined 7 points, and both losses were on the road.
