Mahoning Valley - Race #4

#6 Charming Indy	Parx closer has been facing better out of town, meets a group with plenty of speed, and now goes into a Richison barn that is 17% with newcomers; mows them down late.
#3 Onlyattheshoe	The inside speed and horse to beat drops in class and has never been in this cheap in three starts for Pappada, though wiring from this post won't be easy; comes unglued late.
#7 Ostentation	Class dropper was in too tough in the N1X ranks so this group should be more to his liking, and the pace will help too, though he still seems a tad bit outgunned; underneath only.
Race Summary	The price and race flow should both work for the 6, who likely won't be the 6-1 ML but should offer some value, so play him in all the slots at 7-2 or better, while getting some added value by using him in the exotics too, as he looks primed for a big run on the class drop, for a barn that has shown it's adept at moving up their form.

Mahoning Valley - Race #5

#4 Decandent Doc	Price player didn't fire in the mud sprinting last time but his route form is night and day different, and this attack post will work perfectly too; can make amends.
#2 Candy Enchange	The chalk was in too deep in open waters last time but handily beat the pick two-back, but his route form is a bit sketchy, and he'll be overbet too; second-best.
#6 Little Baker	Stalker has been in good form and has run well at this level before, though a win might be a stretch, especially if he's at this 7-2 ML; using underneath, if at all.
Race Summary	That 6-1 ML would be a big overlay on the pick, as you can easily excuse his last, and if you judge him off his route form he's as good as any here, so play him in all the slots and 4-1 or better, though you can get some built-in value by using him to kick off the Pk4, as that run last time might scare some off, even though he's eligible to run huge here.

Mahoning Valley - Race #8

#5 Vapnyarka	Dangerous sort was just on the line with the chalk in a breakthrough run and now adds Lasix, and that, coupled with just seven lifetime starts, says she may move way up here; look out.
#1 Danzig Rainbow	Aforementioned favorite has the best form and looms large, but a short price and tricky rail draw don't entice, nor does her margin for error, which is next to none; plenty scary, but no lock.
#10 Cowgirl Cat	Stalker is the third of the group that hit the line together last time, so obviously she figures too, but this wide draw won't help, and she may regress off such a big run too; mixed signals here.
Race Summary	That 9-2 ML seems mighty juicy on the 5, based on her run last time and the huge equipment change she gets too, so give her a look in all the slots, and especially to end the Pk4 as well, as she seems like she's moving forward, and if that's the case, she might be laying down a race the rest of these-the 1 included-won't be able to handle.

Turf Paradise - Race #1

#6 Collecting Stars	Worth a small look as the second choice in a spot where the chalk should be tough, but she steps up in good form while drawn well to track the splits.
#1 Bootytama	Rolled in a pair of starts early in the 2yo season, but she hasn't been seen since. First, we have no idea if she has progressed at all, and the worktab isn't all that flashy for the comeback. Pass at a short price, even as the likeliest winner.
#2 Street Flyer	Forward player can get the right kind of trip, but she's going to need a misfire or two to have a chance at being in the mix late.
Race Summary	Collecting Stars looks like the most reasonable alternative to the rail-drawn layoff chalk. She can spy the speed from a good draw after a competitive running line last out.

Turf Paradise - Race #5

#4 Kool Queen	Should be a fair price while adding the blinkers, and that might be just enough to let her build on an improved effort last out.
#1 Thechampisfloring	Drops off a decent third-place finisher for three times the price, and if she just holds her form from that last one, she's probably the winner.
#5 Vivir Mi Vida	No show on the drop off the bench, but perhaps she gets a bit more involved from the start here, giving her some chance to wake up with a better trip.
Race Summary	Kool Queen is a bit of a swing, but she has run a couple of decent races in her career and has at least a touch of upside with the blinkers going on for the first time.

Turf Paradise - Race #8

#1 Our Money Cat	Class dropper showed only mild interest on the dirt a few starts back, but this is a softer bunch all around and the price should be right.
#6 Bevolution	Think this one is going to be a bit overbet considering the ground he tends to give away late in his races. He can win this, but he's probably an underlay.
#9 Johnny Runner	Another who is going to take some cash, this guy is probably the one to beat while dropping out of some good efforts with better.
Race Summary	Our Money Cat might wake up a bit here on the move to the dirt while trying a softer bunch this time around. He owns some dirt races that might be good enough to handle these.

I've got to go with FORTHWITH. When a conditioner brings any horse back this soon it is a positive sign. With Civaci on top him, this gelding should be able to break out sharply in here. Has to be given a shot - I like the figs from the last outing. BEVOLUTION - Rarick is trying to win with this entrant by bringing him back so quickly. Has quite good Equibase Class Figures relative to this group of horses in this race - worth a look. JOHNNY RUNNER - This gelding should be carefully examined just off the earnings per start in dirt sprint races alone. Overall the speed figures of this equine look very strong in this contest.

Fantastic win rate with animals off a claim, and they just picked this one up out of his last race.
