I'll take my chances here with the Golden Eagles laying a mere 4-points on the road against the Blue Demons. I know this is a bit of a public play, but I just can't help myself at this price. I do think we are getting some value due to Marquette coming in having lost 4 of their last 5. Thing is is those 4 losses have come against the 4 best teams in the Big East.
I'm not really sure why DePaul is getting so much love here. It is their final home game, which is a big deal for teams, but they have just two conference wins on the season and are 1-10 in their last 11. They may also be without their best player in Paul Reed, who missed their game Saturday with a hip pointer. Only two days off since that game, so even if he plays he's likely at less than 100%.
Really big game here for the Golden Eagles who are currently in a 3-way tie for 5th with Butler and Xavier. Two of these teams will get a bye in the Big East tournament, the other will be forced to try and win 4 games in 4 days. Give me Marquette -4!
