    PHILADELPHIA -123
    CAROLINA @ PHILADELPHIA | 3/05 | 7:00 PM EST
    YESTERDAY 8:51 PM
My data suggests the Flyers will beat the Hurricanes more than 60 percent of the time in their Thursday clash, making the short home chalk worth the price. The red-hot Flyers entered Wednesday with six straight wins and have won four of the last five as a home favorite. The slumping Hurricanes have lost three straight while allowing 11 combined goals.

I've got the short-handed 76ers covering the spread Thursday against the Kings in more than 60 percent of simulations, giving us a strong position on a viable underdog with the points. My data also sees Philadelphia winning the game outright in more than 50 percent of simulations. The 76ers have covered four straight coming off a loss and are 9-2 ATS in their past 11 trips to Sacramento.

      GC: NHL

Thursday card has an Exclusive NCAAB Platinum Supreme Move and a powerful conference Tournament system side. NCAAB 3-0 on Wednesday. NBA Top plays hits with Milwaukee and tonight we have a perfect System non conference side. NHL Comp play below

The NHL Comp play is on Pittsburgh at 7:05 eastern. The Penguins are a solid favorite here tonight and they have home loss revenge on a Buffalo team that has lost the last 4 and has dropped 12 of 15 off a road triple lasting longer than a week. The Sabres are 6-21 after scoring 2 or less goals. Pittsburgh has won 16 of 21 here and the road team is 4-1 in the series. Look for Pittsburgh to serve up revenge. On Thursday we have an NCAAB Platinum Supreme move going and a conference tournament power systems side after a 3-0 sweep on Wednesday in NCAAB. The NBA Top play on the Bucks cashed out and tonight we have a 100% Non conference league wide system headlining. See us on facebook to jump on. For the NHL Comp play. Play on the Penguins. The Nuggets blew a big lead in their last game, and they have nine straight Unders on the road after a loss in which they led by 15-plus points. In addition, Denver has nine straight Unders as a road favorite with rest off a game as a favorite after outscoring its opponent in the paint by double digits. The Hornets have nine straight Unders as dogs when they are off a game as underdogs and facing a team that is averaging more than 24 assists per game, falling short of the posted number by an average of 19.44 ppg. We make the play the Under.

The 76ers, who are 9-23 on the road, just hit 37 combined 3-pointers in two games against the two Los Angeles contenders. They've averaged just over 11 threes per game this season. Sure, the absence of Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid explains the improved shooting to some extent, but 18.5 per game wouldn't be sustainable for anyone. Regression is coming for the 76ers, and now is the time to start betting it.

The best versions of both the Clippers and Rockets have finally begun to shine in recent weeks. Here's the difference: The best version of the Clippers is the juggernaut that has not only won five straight games, but four of those victories were by at least 15 points. The best version of Houston, however, is still susceptible to losses like the one the Rockets suffered against the New York Knicks on Monday. They can still have bad shooting quarters and halves. Their size poses real limitations. The Clippers are more adaptable, and playing so well lately that betting against them would be foolish.

The Cardinal have won four straight, but they're not a lock for the NCAA Tournament and they're playing with revenge tonight against the struggling Beavers. Look for Stanford's defense to be the difference, and for the road team to improve to 7-1 ATS in the past eight meetings.

Stephen Curry is coming back tonight, and Andrew Wiggins is coming off a great game, but this is still a good spot for Toronto. The Raptors ended their three-game skid with a 9-point win in Phoenix on Tuesday, and they're clinging to a one-game lead over Boston for the No. 2 seed. Motivation won't be an issue. Golden State has not covered any of its past six home games. Lay it.

                          Robert Ferringo cbb

                          1-Unit Play. Take #664 Ohio State (-5.5) over Illinois (7 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

The public is all over Illinois in this game. I'm going the other way. We've seen Ohio State go rip shit riot on teams in Columbus. And that includes really good teams like Villanova (by 25), Penn State (by 32) and Michigan (by 14). Illinois is a really good underdog. But I think that they are going to have some trouble here in a gym where they never seem to play well.

                          2-Unit Play. Take #665 Houston (-2) over Connecticut (7 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

Houston is really a tough, tough team to beat. They are 16-4 in their last 20 games. But the incredible thing is that their last four losses, dating back to Dec. 16, have come by a grand total of six points. So these guys are just a few shots away from being on a 20-game winning streak. The Huskies have beaten up on some weak sisters lately. And they haven't been all that impressive against the top teams in the AAC. I see another close, competitive game from these teams. But Houston is just better and they will prove it.

                          2-Unit Play. Take #668 Memphis (-1.5) over Wichita State (9 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

Wichita State is coming off an incredible (or incredibly lucky) comeback win against SMU their last time out. I don't expect that to carry over into this game. Memphis is getting a little healthier and they are really in a desperation situation here. They absolutely need this win and I think that they will get it. They are at home, where they have been tough, and I expect them to go all out in this one. It won't be easy but I like Memphis to pick up a crucial win here.

                          5-Unit Play. Take #676 Oregon State (-1) over Stanford (9 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

Stanford is in a bit of a letdown spot. They really played one of their best games of the year on Sunday against Colorado. I don't think that's going to translate to the road here. Tres Tinkle is playing his final two home games this weekend. And I think that this veteran Beavers squad will have the upper hand. Oregon State has lost four in a row. But they have been good enough to beat Colorado, Arizona and Oregon, so it is not as if they lack talent. Stanford may also be looking ahead to a bigger game with Oregon coming up this weekend. Finally, there is a reverse line movement in this game. Over half of the action is coming down on the Cardinal, but the line has actually moved from Stanford -1 to them +1. I think if you add it all up Oregon State is a savvy pick here.

2-Unit Play. Take #699 Air Force (+17) over San Diego State (2:30 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

I know that San Diego State has dominated the Mountain West this year. But this game is tipping off at 11:30 a.m. local time. Are they going to be at their best in this one? It is awful tough to blow a team out by 20 points in a conference tournament game. Especially when the Falcons have already had a game to shake off any nerves. Air Force has four senior starters and some guys that can knock down shots from the outside. I think they can do enough to at least put a little game pressure on the Aztecs. Also, if you look back over SDSU's last 17 games they have only won three of them by more than 18 points. And they didn't have the situational disadvantages in those games that they do here.

                          3-Unit Play. Take #701 Boise State (+1.5) over UNLV (5 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

I know UNLV gets the advantage of playing the conference tournament on their home court. But Boise State is the better team. The Broncos lost here just last Wednesday, and I don't see the Rebels beating them twice in a row. They've been on a rush since losing Donnie Tillman, but March is the time that teams need to be at full strength. The Rebels may also be without Eli Mitrou-Long, who has been a key cog in their late-season resurgence. Beyond that, Boise State has one of the most experienced teams in the Mountain West. They have four senior starters that are playing to extend their careers. I have a hard time seeing them falling in their first games. This one will be an absolute dogfight and will have a lot of emotion behind it. But I think we're getting the better team with the points in this game and I like the Broncos to win this one outright.

                          2-Unit Play. Take #706 Nevada (-10) over Wyoming (11:30 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

I think that Wyoming had its fun last night, becoming the first No. 11 seed to win a game in the Mountain West Tournament. Their bubble should burst here after their big upset win over Colorado State last night. Nevada has been playing much better over the last month, winning six of their last seven games. They almost knocked off SDSU on Saturday and right now this team may be peaking at the right time. Nevada has a really experienced team and these guys won't want to go down without a fight.

                          2-Unit Play. Take #709 Illinois-Chicago (-3.5) over Youngstown State (8 p.m., Thursday, March 5)

I've been riding Illinois-Chicago over the past several weeks. Let's go to the well. They wrecked IUPUI in the first game of this tournament and now they are rewarded with another home game here. Illinois-Chicago is 10-4 SU in its last 14 games. That includes wins over Wright State and Northern Kentucky. The Flames' four best players are all seniors. This is their last chance to try to make it to the NCAA Tournament and I think that they will go down swinging. Youngstown State doesn't play any defense. And unless they shoot out of their minds they aren't going to hold up in this one. Give me the motivated, experienced, hotter home team.
