The 20th race of the NASCAR Cup Series season takes us to the Northeast for the first time this year for the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, N.H. This will be the fifth race using the race package with 750 horsepower and a tiny spoiler. While Denny Hamlin and Kevin Harvick have combined to win nine of the 19 points-paying races, neither has won using this week's race package, which opens up the possibility that a driver with high odds could win.

      Here's what I'm thinking for Sunday's race:

      1) #22 Joey Logano (12-1) -- I've been waiting the moment to bet Logano to win. In four races using this week's race package he has a win at Phoenix after leading 60 laps and led a race-high 234 laps at Martinsville before settling for fourth. Both of those tracks are good indicators for New Hampshire where he has two Cup wins, including his first career Cup win. His Team Penske equipment and a little bit of desperation of not winning since March 8 have made him my No.1 bet.

      2) #9 Chase Elliott (12-1) -- His best New Hampshire finish was fifth in 2018, but the reason to support him this week is this week's race package, which he used to win the All-Star Race at Bristol two weeks ago. He also finished fifth with it at Martinsville and seventh at Phoenix after leading a race-high 93 laps. He doesn't have a large sample size with this package, but he has a nice résumé with it.

      3) #4 Kevin Harvick (14-5) -- He's been strong at New Hampshire in his career and leads active drivers with four wins, including both races the last two seasons. The flat tracks of Phoenix, Richmond and New Hampshire have been his best group of tracks over his career. He hasn't won with this week's race package yet but was runner-up at Phoenix in March. He deserves to be the favorite and may win again, but I can't put him into my betting portfolio this week.

      4) #18 Kyle Busch (11-2) -- Here we go again. He has zero wins after 19 races and he's still at low odds. But there's a demand for him, and people keep betting him. So why should the book move his price higher? We say this every week because he's so strong at every track, but: This is a place he could get his first win this season. In 28 Cup starts, he has 11 top-fives with three wins. His 1,128 laps led are the most among active drivers. He's also had six Xfinity Series wins and three Truck Series wins at New Hampshire.

      5) #12 Ryan Blaney (10-1) -- Team Penske has shown to have the best equipment with this week's race package, and Blaney's last two starts using it produced a second at Martinsville and a sixth at the All-Star Race after leading 72 laps. He's good value this week.

      6) #11 Denny Hamlin (11-2) -- He leads the Cup Series with five wins and probably should have eight, but none of them have come in this car with 750 horsepower this season. His only top-five with it was fifth in the All-Star Race. His 550 horsepower package has been elite and will be how he wins his first Cup championship. As for New Hampshire, he leads active drivers with a 9.8 average finish that includes 10 top-fives and three wins among his 26 starts.

      7) #2 Brad Keselowski (12-1) -- He has two Xfinity Series wins at New Hampshire and a 2014 Cup win as well. He's averaged an 11th-place finish on the flat track, which is second among active drivers, and he won at Bristol using this week's race package in May.

      8) #19 Martin Truex Jr. (15-2) -- New Hampshire has been a tradition in the Truex family. His father won a K&N Pro Series race at New Hampshire, his brother Ryan also won multiple times there and Truex Jr. won his first of two in the series in 2000. He's yet to win in 26 Cup starts there but has a 12th-place average finish and has finished seventh or better in his last five starts there. He also has led 596 laps between his last six starts. Also of note: His only 2020 win came at Martinsville, a mini-version of New Hampshire, using this week's race package.

      9) #14 Clint Bowyer (40-1) -- He hasn't led a lap at New Hampshire in his last nine starts there and hasn't had a top-five since 2012, but he does have two wins. Flat tracks have always been his game. He has Stewart-Haas Racing equipment, and he needs to make a splash somewhere to keep his ride for 2021. The reason to bet him this week is that this week's race package has been his best with a fifth-place at Phoenix and a runner-up at Bristol in May.

      10) #1 Kurt Busch (28-1) -- He's a three-time New Hampshire winner between his 36 Cup starts, but the last victory was 22 races ago, in 2008. He also swept the races there in 2004. He was sixth at Phoenix and seventh at Bristol using this week's race package.

      11) #10 Aric Almirola (18-1) -- He has great Stewart-Haas Racing equipment and is riding an eight-race top-10 streak, but none of those came with this race package. His best finish with it was eighth at Phoenix. I'm not saying he can't win, but I'm not betting him just because of the car. When the 550 horsepower package comes back I'll be betting him again. His best New Hampshire finish was third in 2018, his first season with Stewart-Haas.

      12) #42 Matt Kenseth (75-1) -- He's had 37 Cup starts at New Hampshire with 21 top-10s, 12 top-fives, and three wins. He's one of the best-ever at the one-mile paperclip, averaging an 11.6 finish. Kyle Larson drove this race package to a fourth-place finish at Phoenix in March.

      13) #20 Erik Jones (30-1) -- He has run just as well, or almost as well, as his Joe Gibbs Racing teammates. The set-up similarities have spread through all four JGR teams, and Jones is knocking on the door of a win. He was sixth in 2017 and third last season.

      14) #24 William Byron (50-1) -- He's had top-10 finishes in all three points-paying races using the 750 horsepower race package, and he had a career-best 12th-place last season at New Hampshire. He also has a 2016 Truck Series win there. His odds just might tempt me to take a shot for a few bucks.

      15) #48 Jimmie Johnson (30-1) -- He's a three-time winner at New Hampshire, but the last win came in 2010. Between his 34 Cup starts there he's been one of the best, with an 11th-place average finish. His best performance of 2020 with this race package was third at Bristol.

      16) #21 Matt DiBenedetto (40-1) -- In his first chance at driving a fast car with the No. 95 at New Hampshire in 2019, he finished fifth. His No. 21 has proved to be fast everywhere this season, and his best finish so far with this week's race package was seventh at Martinsville.

      17) #88 Alex Bowman (40-1) -- This hasn't been his best track in eight Cup starts, but he was 11th in 2018 and 14th last season. The reason to support him this week, besides his nice odds, is that he was sixth at Martinsville, which was his best finish with this week's race package.

      18) #3 Austin Dillon (150-1) -- In 10 Cup races at New Hampshire he's averaged a 17th-place finish with only one top-10, but he does boast a 2015 Truck Series win there. In four races using this week's race package, his best finish was sixth at Bristol in May.

      19) #41 Cole Custer (100-1) -- The rookie makes his Cup debut at New Hampshire but had a solid race at Phoenix in March, finishing ninth with this race package. With Custer having a win this year and great Stewart-Hass Racing equipment, I can think of worse things to drop $5 on this weekend. He won a 2014 Truck Series race at New Hampshire.

      20) #95 Christopher Bell (100-1) -- The reason to support him this week starts with him winning the last two years at New Hampshire in the Xfinity Series and winning a 2017 Truck Series race. Another reason is DiBenedetto had his best performances last season in this car with the 750 horsepower package. Bell was ninth at the points-paying Bristol race in late May using this race package.

        # Toronto Maple Leafs ML -150 (8:00 edt) NBCSN

Give me Toronto here since even without a crowd it will have a home feel since this game is being played in Toronto and, more importantly, the Leafs are a team that has a ton to prove. They know they need a good showing in this modified playoffs to show they are a serious contender and they know the media will kill them if they don't do well. Look for a super motivated Toronto team here to come out and get this win. Thank you and good luck.

                Rob V: Sunday Comp Play

Sunday card has an Exective Level Tier 1 Soccer play, the NBA Game of the week (3-0) since restart and NHL 5* Total and MLB Power System Plays. Nascar comp Below.

The NASCAR Comp play from Foxwoods resorts 301 live on NBCS at 3:00 eastern at New Hampshire Speedway headlines and our head 2 head driver selection and is on Martin Truex to finish better than Ryan Blaney. Truex has finished in the top 5 3 of his last 4 here and has led the 3rd most laps. In fact, if we combine the three races run here from 2017-2018, Martin had the best average finish and led the most laps. He comes in off a nice 3rd place finish last week in Kansas which will now give him a very favorable pit stall. This track nicknamed the Magic Mile since it is a flat one mile circuit. Cup cars will also be back with the lower down force, higher-horsepower race package that is run at all tracks one-mile in length or shorter. Blaney has never led a lap here and has one top 5 finish in 7 career races here and has no top five finishes in his last 7 races overall. Look for Truex to record the better head 2 head finish. On Sunday we have a full card with MLB ESPN Power Play, executive Level Soccer, NBA Game of the Week and NHL 5*. See us on facebook to jump on. RV- GC Sports

The Predators have a decision to make at starting goalie for this series, but I think that will just motivate each goalie to play better. They combined for a 2-0 shutout of the Stars in their exhibition game while the Coyotes lost 4-1 to the Knights. Darcy Keumper is most likely to get the start and it would be his playoff debut. The Preds are much deeper and they have the experience advantage, take the value on the Preds.

The Rangers have been brutal this year. This is a team that is letting weaker hitting teams knock them around and when they do get a few runners on they will strike out or hit into a double play. There has been nothing solid from this team this year and you would expect this type of play from a team like the Giants, but they have been shockingly impressive to start the year. San Francisco has the pitching advantage and should grab the sweep today. Take the Giants.

The San Antonio Spurs picked up a nice win to start the NBA restart. This is one of the most familiar group of players in regards to playing together for a while. These guys all know each other dating back to at least last season so picking things back up won’t be as hard for them as teams that have shipped guys in and out of the lineup this year. Coach Popovich is still a capable coach when it comes to playoff setting basketball. There are not too many teams that this break helped, but this Spurs are one of them. Memphis has a young coach and as a young team might not be able to close out important games down the stretch. Take the Spurs.
