Zion Williamson should be back for this game, making the Pelicans even more potent. Neither of these teams plays much defense. We'll see a fast pace and a ton of open looks. Go Over.

Don't expect full stadiums for the start of the NFL season, which means the Vikings won't have their usual massive homefield edge. The Packers have spent months hearing how their 13-3 record last year was a fluke and that they botched their offseason moves. Both might be true, but it's good motivation against a division rival Green Bay swept last year. Since 2003, division dogs in Week 1 are 51-32 (61.4 percent) ATS, including 4-1 last year. Grab the points.

4% White Sox +120 (ESPN Best Bet)

            LISTED PITCHERS: BIEBER/GIOLITO

The ESPN Sunday Night game has a very solid pitching matchup as arguably each team’s best pitcher takes the hill tonight. The starting pitchers for tonight’s game are for the Indians RH Shane Bieber (3-0, 0.83 ERA) and he will face the White Sox RH Lucas Giolito (1-1, 5.17 ERA) Bieber has electric stuff and has basically been unhittable in his first 3 starts as his 0.83 ERA would suggest. However, Bieber has had trouble with Chicago. In fact, last year when he pitched at Guaranteed Rate Field he was not very good. In two starts, he allowed 10 runs in 12 innings. Now we are fully aware that he is pitching great so far this year, but it was not as he was some stiff last year. We have found through years of betting baseball no matter how good a pitcher has been pitching, their past is what we can really rely on. We like the White Sox to get to Bieber eventually. As for Giolito, he has had an up and down start to the season. One of those starts was against these Indians were he held them to no runs over 6 innings. He does that tonight and we have a nice underdog winner. We are getting plus money with the White Sox best pitcher at home and we will take that every time it is offered. We also have some nice trends or what we like to call winning advantages in our favor as the Indians are 3-10 in their last 13 road games and the Indians are 1-4 in the last 5 meetings in Chicago.

So lets get the job done with the Chicago White Sox

              4% 1H Wizards-Thunder under 113

Wizards have a -12 net rating in the first half in the last 5 games and they have been an ugly team to back...and may not even have Shabazz again today. The Thunder are a slower paced, defensive minded team, but that can also shoot...but that don't feel the need to throat stomp anyone, especially of late. They have been playing well together and should jump out early and quick on both ends. Last time out they held the Lakers WITH AD to just 18 points in the first quarter of their contest! Wizards try to run at a faster pace, however ineffective, but during the last 5 games have a PIE rating of just 40...league low for certain!

The Rockets will once again be shorthanded with Russell Westbrook (quadriceps) ruled out. He also missed Thursday’s matchup against the Lakers, but the Rockets still won by 16 points. The Kings will be missing two key players of their own with both Richaun Holmes (hip) and Marvin Bagley (foot) sidelined. They have lost four of their five games inside the bubble with three of the losses coming by at least six points. I like the Rockets to take advantage of the Kings’ struggles and cover here.

The Trail Blazers are coming off a deflating loss to the Clippers on Saturday, and Gary Trent can't keep making threes at the ridiculous 62.2 percent rate he's hit thus far. Philly will be without Ben Simmons to facilitate. Go Under.

The Wizards have been eliminated from the postseason. But they don't want to leave the bubble winless, and with Boston and Milwaukee on deck, this could be their last shot for a victory. OKC will be without Steven Adams again; his absence was the biggest reason why the Thunder got steamrolled by Memphis. Grab the points.

Simply put, the Blues are the better overall team. They dominated Dallas during the regular season, going 4-0-1. Both teams are 0-2-0 in the round-robin tournament. Sunday's winner will be the third seed in the Western Conference and face Calgary, a tough matchup for either team, while the loser will take on Vancouver - an easier task, in my opinion. The Stars finished the regular season 0-4-2 and G Ben Bishop is questionable with undisclosed injury. Dallas is 0-8-0 in its last eight against teams with a winning record.

The Rockies, who are seeking a three-game sweep, have matched the best start in franchise history at 11-3. Charlie Blackmon is on fire, batting a robust .446 as he enters with an 11-game hitting streak. Colorado's German Marquez has posted a 1.89 ERA, while Seattle's Justus Sheffield is 0-2 with an ERA approaching double digits and still looking for his first major-league win. The wait will continue as the Rockies are 7-0 in their last seven games against a left-hander and 6-0 in their last six versus American League teams.

Cincinnati's Sonny Gray is in great form and hasn't allowed more than six hits in any of his last 36 starts dating back to 2018. The Under is 2-1 in his three turns this year and 3-0 in Brandon Woodruff's three outings. This should be a low-scoring game. Both teams have struggled at the plate, especially with runners in scoring position. The Under has cashed in seven straight Sunday games for the Reds.

The Magic, who have dropped three straight, already are dealing with the loss of Jonathan Isaac (knee) and now will be without Aaron Gordon (hamstring). Orlando has a playoff spot wrapped up but faces a surging Celtics team that still could grab the No. 2 seed in the East. Boston is the superior team as it can spread things out and shoot from beyond the arc. The Celtics are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games following an ATS victory.

The Rockets are 3-1 since the restart, while the Kings are just 1-4 and watching their playoff hopes fade quickly. Sacramento is really struggling defensively, and I don't think it can slow down Houston's offense. The Rockets have been doing a great job of taking care of the basketball at both ends of the court but need to do a better job on the glass. They average 119 points and will take care of business in this one, even without Russell Westbrook.

Just flat out straightforward VALUE here...Lopez had roughly the most perfect first start a pitcher could have when he pitched last week...and DeGrom has struggled to get run support throughout most every one of his starts for the Mets....despite back to back Cy Young awards. Neither team has been mashing all that much...and much like the O's play...we can still lose here and not worry about the Mets batting again if they cut it to 1 run near the end of the game. The Marlins have certainly been the surprise team so far in the NL...and the price here is flat out batshit crazy. DeGrom is only 3-3 SU/RL at home against the Marlins in his career as well...

And yes...I am tempted to play both the O's and Marlins on the ML as well...because with this narrow of a cap for both dogs and a triple your money proposition...why the hell not...but here we play it safe!

***The Orioles play is upped to a 4% play.***

                              Yankees -120 over Rays
                              Paxton/Morton
The Yankees had hot tempers last night in the nightcap double header with a few ejections. This team has been hit or miss as they rely on the big swing to put runs on the board. Tampa still is a challenged offensive team themselves so they really need a perfect storm of great pitching to win games. New York is a dangerous lineup that is looking to even the series. Take the Yankees.

                              Blazers -3 over Sixers
The Sixers will be without Ben Simmons for the rest of the way and now will shuffle their lineup. This is a pretty lazy team on defense that has given up some big 4th quarter runs. The Blazers have many hot shooting 3 point shooters that can create big runs. This is a Portland team that really needs the win more and should shoot themselves to a much needed victory against a team that will be lazy in covering the hottest shooter on the floor. Take the Blazers.
