We have now cashed with the Under in the first two meetings and plan on doing so again with another low-scoring defensive battle. The Coyotes are in a huge hole down 0-2, and I expect them to play their best defensive game. Darcy Kuemper was solid in net but is going to have to be better. The Coyotes did a much better job creating scoring chances, however Philipp Grubauer shined in net. With a chance to go up 3-0, the Avalanche will really tighten up defensively. The Under has cashed in 19 of the last 24 games for Colorado. Take the Under.

The Grizzlies came out firing in only one game, and that was against the shabby Blazers who play no defense. Portland won, 140-135. The Blazers will force the issue and get this one Over, just like seven of their eight games in the bubble.

The Rangers' Kyle Gibson is still a very serviceable pitcher, but Saturday's game is in Denver not Arlington. Meanwhile Rockies righty German Marquez has an ERA of 2.08 in four starts in 2020, but three road starts were all at pitchers parks. Last year Marquez's ERA was 6.26 in Denver and 3.67 on the road. Don't let one good start by Marquez in Denver lead you away from betting this one Over.

If the Blazers win they're in, but if the Grizzlies win they will go to a winner-take-all game tomorrow. Portland's firepower has been amazing during the restart, winning six of their eight games while having an average score of 126-123. Meanwhile Memphis has gone 2-6 since the restart and lost its second-best player, Jaren Jackson Jr., three games into the bubble.
