Walker Buehler (blister) gets the start for the Dodgers as he returns from the injured list and shouldn’t receive much of a fight from an Arizona lineup that is batting .199 over its last seven games and also traded away its hottest hitter in Starling Marte. Zac Gallen was one of the few Diamondbacks not to be dealt on Monday because he’s allowed only one run in each of his last three starts. Arizona has won five of his seven starts, five of which stayed Under.

The Heat definitely are better than everyone thought coming into the playoffs, as they’ve won and covered all five games. Why would you bet against something like that? Only when the No.1 seed in the East is down 1-0 in the second round. It’s a classic bounce-back spot where the best of the best usually play at their highest level. I think the Bucks will respond as they did in the first round, when they followed a loss to Orlando in the opener with a double-digit win.

The Bucks lost to Orlando by 12 points in the opener of their first-round series and bounced back to handily win the next four games. A blowout likely won't occur against Miami, which has yet to lose this postseason, but Milwaukee should answer its series-opening 115-104 setback with a victory. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 28 or more points in every game against the Magic but was held to 18 by the Heat. Expect a more productive performance in Game 2.

The Nationals have lost four straight and seven of their last eight, with four of those setbacks coming against Philadelphia. Max Scherzer ended the team's three-game skid in his last start, and there's no reason to think he won't halt its current slide. The ace is 11-3 with a 2.62 ERA in 20 career turns versus the Phillies and 5-0 with a 2.40 mark in seven outings at Citizens Bank Park. He's allowed fewer than two runs in four of his last six overall starts and hasn't lost since his season debut. Take Washington.

Kolby Allard is 0-3 with a 6.50 ERA this season but he took a no hitter into the fifth inning last outing before blowing the lead. The Astros have the fourth highest OPS in the league against lefties at .856. Christian Javier is 3-1 with a 3.77 ERA this season in six starts this season. He was one out short of a quality start in his last outing against the Angels. The Astros are 14-6 at home while the Rangers are 4-11 on the road, take the Astros.

Mike Kickham will be pitching in the Majors tonight for the first time since 2014, and he will most likely not go very deep making it a bullpen game for the Red Sox. Robbie Erlin is starting for the Braves and he has a 6.0 ERA this season, although half of his appearances have been against the Phillies. This is a strictly fade the Red Sox pitching play, take the Braves.

Hyun Jin Ryu is 2-1 with a 2.92 ERA this season and he has now pitched five straight games going at least five innings and giving up one or fewer runs. This includes a quality start against the Marlins the first time he faced them this season. Sixto Sanchez is making his third career start and he is coming off a seven inning, 10 strikeout performance against the Rays. The Marlins have just the 21st highest OPS in the league against lefties, take the value in the Blue Jays.

The Cardinals have won three straight games while the Reds have lost three straight games. Johan Oviedo is one of the Cardinals’ top prospects, and he is making his third start of his career after two five inning, two earned run outings. Tyler Mahle will be making his fifth start to the season, and he gave up three runs in three innings in his first outing against the Cardinals this season. The Cards shouldn’t be this big of underdogs, take the value in the Cards.

The Giants have won three straight games and six of their last seven while the Rockies have lost three straight games. The Giants put up 23 runs last night and they have the eighth best OPS in the league against lefties at .805. Kyle Freeland struggled in his last outing but he gave up three earned runs in six innings against the Giants in their first matchup. Logan Webb hasn’t been consistent but he has flashed his ability. Take the Giants with plus money.

The Cubs are 13-0 as 200-plus favorites against a left-hander after facing three straight righties. The Pirates are 0-13 as 160-plus underdogs following a home game in which they did not hit a home run. Each of the losses were by multiple runs, with the average margin of defeat being 4.19. We are laying the big price.

This has been a great series, and why not be thrilled by a Game 7? The Thunder did a superb job to force this game, and the pressure is on James Harden, Russell Westbrook and the Rockets. Houston was a big favorite coming into the postseason. Oklahoma City is playing with house money. They have greatly overachieved this year, and with Chris Paul leading the way, they have a shot here. The Thunder have thrived as an underdog and are now 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings vs. the Rockets.
