Real simple. Miami has not lost back to back in the playoffs. Miami has covered 11 out their last 14 games and are off their worst shooting performance of any post season game. Boston is 2-4 ATS against Miami the last 6 games. The Heat will not shoot 7 for 36 from 3 point range again. Boston lacks consistency and I doubt they match the performance of game 5. Miami is just too good of a team to lay down and lose another one. A wake up call after a good butt whipping will have Miami dialed in and they are 25-8 ATS off a straight up loss the following game.
Miami is the better team, Boston played the best game of the series last game and Miami the worst. On a level playing field in a tight game and series I can look no other way than Miami redeeming themselves here and WINNING the eastern Conference title tonight.
MIAMI +3.5
BOSTON @ MIAMI | 9/27 | 7:30 PM EDT
The Heat went cold from behind the arc in Game 5, shooting just 7-for-36 (19.4%) on three-pointers. Bam Adebayo also had a quiet night with just 13 points, so Miami didn’t have much chance of winning. The Celtics received a huge boost from Daniel Theis, who likely won’t duplicate his 15-point, 13-rebound performance in this contest. The Heat don’t want to see a Game 7, so look for this game to be close. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Heat won outright.
