#8 Queendom– ran one of her better races last out to finish second beaten only a length and should be in the payoffs again today.

#7 She’s a Black Belt-rallied to miss by a neck last out behind a repeat winner. A repeat of that effort would put her right there against these.

#9 Charlote Webley- fast filly looks like the speed and will be the one to catch.

You always have to be on the lookout for money generating jockey/conditioner tandems; we have an instance right here. Workouts are frequent over the most recent two weeks. That indicates to me Delia must feel good about her chances in this race.

Vulnerable Contenders: #8 PROOF OF JAZZ (ML=5/2), #9 ASPEN AGAIN (ML=3/1), #2 SOJOURNER TRUTH (ML=7/2),

PROOF OF JAZZ - Hasn't hit the board in any short distance races lately. Doubtful to see her doing it this time out either. This horse hasn't been in the mix in either of her last two efforts. Will be tough for this horse to beat this field off of that last speed rating. Improbable to improve enough to run a figure close enough to today's class figure, so put her on the likely underpriced equines list. ASPEN AGAIN - In the last affair this runner finished ninth. Doesn't look good for her chances today. SOJOURNER TRUTH - I'm foreseeing a lackluster effort out of her this time.

JJ DASHING CHIC looks like the bet in here. Is a very strong contender based on numbers posted lately under today's conditions. His 50 average has this gelding with among the top speed figs for this event. Must be given a shot - I like the figures from the last race. CORONA RED ROCKET - Looks solid to be up near the front end at the first call. The speed figure of 69 from his latest contest looks competitive in here. BC FANCY WAVE RUNNER - Has to be carefully examined against this group displaying very good numbers lately and an average speed rating of 56 under similar conditions. Overall the speed figs of this racer look very good in this contest.

ATALANTA BELLE - Utilizing this jockey/handler combination is a good choice. Speed is always important in horse racing, but the lone speed horse is always dangerous. Don't discount that last race. The animal fired out with good early speed, only to drop back and then hold ground to the finish. Ran a lackluster race at Mountaineer Park last race out. Racing without a sloppy track puts this mare at the top of my list of contenders. MILLIE - I like that most recent effort on October 13th at Thistledown where she ran second. Just check out her last speed figure, 41. That one looks good in this field. DRAGON BREATH - Vigil and Patton perform well when they combine forces. It's hard to beat a +658 return on investment for a rider and trainer. Ran a lackluster race at Mountaineer Park last out. Racing on a non-sloppy track puts this filly at the top of my contenders roll call.

JULIPS HOLD - You think this equine is going to be victorious just because she's always close. Just doesn't win regularly.
