My model says the Huskies cover in almost 70 percent of the simulations, so you're getting strong value at this number. Northeastern lost to Georgia by 18 points in its last contest but stayed close against Syracuse and Old Dominion in its previous two outings, falling by a total of 10. Look for the Huskies to do the same versus the Mountaineers, who haven't won by more than 16 points this season.

OVER 58.5
This one will look a lot like a Big 12 shootout. Neither defense is overly impressive and both offenses put up points in bunches down the stretch. Because of that, expect this one to be one of the wildest games of the postseason.

The Cowboys have used a running back-by-committee approach since Chuba Hubbard bailed for the pros, and it has been working. The balance that has created has helped keep this offense clicking and should scare 'Canes fans. That is what killed them last time out vs. North Carolina, and history will repeat itself.

ALAMO BOWL -- Texas has dropped from a 13-point favorite to a nine-point favorite. The Longhorns closed out their regular season with 608 yards of offense in a 69-31 win at Kansas State. Colorado caught Stanford and UCLA off-guard early in the season. First-year coach Karl Dorrell had the Buffaloes prepared to overachieve. They beat San Diego State and a bad Arizona team before losing at home to Utah. The squad that lost to the Utes is the one Colorado truly is. Texas gets the cover at a cheap price.

The Buffs defense has limited big plays throughout the short season, which will play well against a Longhorns squad that will have issues moving the ball consistently after several defections. The Buffaloes are one of the most physical teams in the Pac-12, and that'll help them keep this one close.

New coaching staff, same old results for the Bulls. They’ve lost their first three games, two by at least 19 points. The big concern has been their defense, which allowed at least 124 points in each contest. Coby White and Zach LaVine have no chance of stopping Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal, so look for the Wizards to win in convincing fashion.

7 Unit Play. Take #295 Oklahoma St -2 over Miami (FL) (5:30 PM, Tuesday, December 29, ESPN) CHEEZ-IT Bowl Oklahoma St has posted a perfect 4-0 ATS record in their last four Bowl Games and they have that same perfect 4-0 ATS record in their last four games versus a team from the ACC. They have also covered the number in five of their last seven Bowl Games where they were listed as the favorite and they are an impressive 12-5 ATS in their last seventeen where they faced a team with a winning record. Miami, on the other hand, has struggled a bit in the spot they are in here on Tuesday as they have gone just 3-7 ATS in their last ten following a double-digit loss at home and they are just 1-4 ATS in their last five neutral site games where they were catching points. They have also failed to cover the number in ten of their last neutral site games overall and they are an awful 1-8 ATS in their last nine Bowl Games. Throw in the fact that we have a lower ranked team in Okie St (we have them higher in our power ratings) laying points along with the fact that the Cowboys are a lights out 14-3 ATS in their last seventeen non-conference games and we're going to lay the points with them here to get the win and cover in Orlando on Tuesday night. 4 Unit Play. Take #237 Colorado +9.5 over Texas (9:00 PM, Tuesday, December 29, ESPN) Alamo Bowl Colorado has posted a 5-2 ATS record in their last seven non-conference games and they ended their season by covering four of their last five games. Texas, on the other hand, has struggled a bit in the spot they are in here as they have gone just 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a straight up win and they have that same 1-4 ATS record in their last five off a game where they covered the spread. Throw in the fact that Texas is just 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games where they were listed as the favorite along with the fact that they are just 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight games overall and we're taking the points here with the Buffs in a game that we think they have a decent chance to win outright in San Antonio on Tuesday night.
