This was going to be an epic matchup and I thought the Over was going to be a great play, but now Kyle Trask is left with some very inexperienced receivers. The Sooners have also played much better defensively down the stretch. Oklahoma has a balanced attack and will still try to keep Trask and the Gators offense off the field as much as possible. The Under is 20-4 in the Sooners’ last 24 December games and the Florida offense will not be able to move the ball consistently.

This was going to be a fantastic matchup, but now the Gators are depleted on offense. Kyle Trask, who is having a dream season, is going to face some serious adversity here as four of his top pass-catchers have opted out. The Oklahoma Sooners had a solid season, and so did freshman QB Spencer Rattler. He will find holes in the Florida defense and he also is dangerous with his legs. It’s obvious where most of the Gators’ player’s minds are at and I don't give them much of a chance vs. a motivated Sooners team that has played excellent down the stretch.

Florida QB Kyle Trask has to give some of the credit for his Heisman Trophy nomination to an armada of receivers, but his four favorite targets are sitting out. Most notably missing is peerless TE Kyle Pitts, who is headed to the pros. Sooners RB T.J. Pledger has slipped into the transfer portal. Both compromised offenses must cope with high winds and almost certain rain. Florida’s defense can be dreadful at times, but Oklahoma’s unit is its finest in ages and ranks second in the nation against the run. Four of the Sooners' last five bowl appearances have landed Under.

Kyle Pitts and Trevon Grimes are out, Oklahoma’s offense has revved up to high gear and its defense has been incredibly solid over the last few games. What’s more, Florida feels like it is in a perfect spot to play the “really didn’t want to be here” card. Take the Sooners.

I love Gators quarterback Kyle Trask, but he lost two weapons outside due to opt outs and can’t run the football. Meanwhile, the Sooners are giving up just 5.06 yards per play -- second in the Big 12. If the total was 60-65, it’d go with the Over. This is just a few too many points though.

That's 31 receiving TDs and more than 2,000 yards this year. The Sooners, meanwhile, are rolling. They will win outright.
