Purdue is playing some amazing basketball right now, having won four straight and covering five straight. And they’re at home after playing five of their last six on the road. Michigan came off its lone loss of the year by pounding Maryland to get its 10th cover of the season. The bottom line here is Michigan is simply deeper and better at all the things Purdue does well, and it all starts with defense. The Wolverines bring it nightly allowing opponents to hit only 37.9 percent from the field. Michigan is the play.
