Even assuming he plays, I like the young Pistons to keep it close.

ANALYSIS: The lone NHL game Monday. I have no problem saying that I check other sites to see what people are picking. I keep my own opinions but it can be helpful to hear different takes. However, I read one where home ice doesn't matter with no fans in attendance. I completely disagree. First off, the home team gets the last line change during a puck stoppage. That's very important. Then there's just knowing the surface, the way the puck bounces off the boards, etc. Guess that's my way of saying I'm only taking the Canucks here because they are home in a matchup of bad teams. Vancouver has won nine of the past 12 at home in the series.
