ANALYSIS: Look, I won't take any favorites at -300 or higher on the moneyline this season because that's almost cheating, but wouldn't you spend $290 to win $100 here against atrocious Ottawa? Winless on the road, nine straight losses and the past seven defeats by multiple goals. The only reason I'm not doing the Habs at -1.5 is that it sets up as a possible trap/letdown game in the end of a long homestand and in their fourth game in six nights. Ottawa may actually lose by only one goal for third time this season.

Russell is averaging 14.5 points and also leads the Rams in assists (4.1 apg) and steals (1.9 spg). Rhode Island struggles to score as it is, while the other Rams, VCU, are very good defensively per usual. They also have payback in mind for an 83-68 home loss to Rhode Island on Jan. 9.
