            AUSTIN PEAY @ E. KENTUCKY | 02/04 | 7:00 PM EST
            E. KENTUCKY -2.5
ANALYSIS: I don't proclaim to be an expert on either Austin Peay -- although the best chant in all of college sports is "Let's Go Peay!" -- or Eastern Kentucky, but checking various models and betting trends on these Ohio Valley Conference schools, the spread is about 4-5 points too low. EKU is the second-best team in the conference behind Belmont and is 14-2 SU and 11-2-1 ATS. Austin Peay is solid 10-6 SU but 6-8 ATS. Eastern Kentucky already beat the Governors 80-75 a few weeks ago in Clarksville. Austin Peay is 1-6 ATS in its past seven as a road underdog.

            UTAH @ ATLANTA | 02/04 | 7:30 PM EST
            UNDER 226
ANALYSIS: This total seems way too high now that Hawks leading scorer and assist man Trae Young, the clear focal point of their offense, has been ruled out with an injury. Also remember that third-leading scorer De'Andre Hunter is out injured. Atlanta may struggle to reach 100 points against a Jazz team that ranks Top 5 in defensive efficiency. I highly doubt Utah scores the 125 points or so that would force this total Over as Atlanta is quite good defensively, too, and actually will improve in that regard with Young off the court (great player, terrible defender).

                FEATURED PICK

                UTAH @ ATLANTA | 02/04 | 7:30 PM EST
                ATLANTA +8
ANALYSIS: In the Quin Snyder era, it feels like the Jazz are never quite as bad or as good as they look during short-term stretches. Last year's club was supposed to take a step forward but regressed and was bounced in the first round of the playoffs by Denver. Now, Utah has won 12 of 13 and heads to Atlanta on Thursday and the backdrop screams letdown spot. The Hawks have cooled down and lost four of their last six, including consecutive contests at home. Meanwhile, Utah nearly allowed Detroit to wipe out a 28-poiint deficit in its last game and a wholesale regression appears inevitable.

                OHIO ST. 10 @ IOWA 5 | 02/04 | 7:00 PM EST
                IOWA -5.5
ANALYSIS: The late-blooming Buckeyes have won six of their last seven, and the lone defeat in that span came by two points. This stretch also includes road wins against Rutgers, Illinois and Wisconsin. But their relative lack of depth and size will no doubt be issues against national Player of the Year front-runner Luka Garza and the Hawkeyes. They have lost two of their last three and had to overcome a sluggish start in their last outing against Michigan State. Garza torched Ohio State for 24 points and six rebounds in an Iowa win last year.
