TORONTO @ BROOKLYN | 02/05 | 7:30 PM EST
BROOKLYN -5
ANALYSIS: Front end of a back-to-back for both, although it doesn't appear anyone will get tonight off for rest. The Raptors will be missing one key player in injured forward OG Anunoby due to injury. He averages 14.6 points and 5.8 rebounds and would have surely helped guard Kevin Durant and James Harden here. The Nets have scored 120+ points in a franchise-record-tying four straight games and I'm not sure how Toronto can slow them. The Raptors are 2-5 in their past seven as underdogs.

NASHVILLE @ FLORIDA | 02/05 | 7:00 PM EST
FLORIDA -130
ANALYSIS: This sets up as the perfect bounce-back game for Florida as it blew a 5-3 home lead late in the third quarter Thursday to Nashville and lost 6-5 in overtime. Presumably, both teams will change out goalies 24 hours later, and that's advantage Panthers with Chris Driedger over the Preds with Pekka Rinne (that feels weird to type, but these days it's true). Driedger is 2-0-1 with a 1.95 GAA, while the former Vezina winner Rinne is 2-2-0 with a 2.97 GAA (he did play in relief Thursday). Florida has yet to lose consecutive games this season and has won eight of its past 11 in the second of a back-to-back.

4-4 NHL Totals Season
BOSTON @ PHILADELPHIA | 02/05 | 7:00 PM EST
OVER 5.5
ANALYSIS: David Pastrnak, who tied for the NHL lead in goals last season and was third in points, had a delayed start to this season due to injury, but in the three games he has played the Bruins are averaging 4.0 goals per game, all three have gone Over the total and Pastrnak has five goals and two assists. All three Bruins-Flyers games have gone Over this season, so getting this total at 5.5 (shocked it's not 6) is great value. The Flyers have a Top 10 offense themselves and the Over is 5-2 in their past seven at home.

DETROIT @ TAMPA BAY | 02/05 | 7:00 PM EST
TAMPA BAY -1.5
ANALYSIS: There was talk that Bolts goalie and former Vezina winner Andrei Vasilevskiy would finally get a game off here as he has started 34 consecutive games dating to last season (including playoffs), but he apparently will be in there again. The Russian is 9-0-0 career vs. Detroit with a 1.81 GAA and allowed one goal on 16 shots in Wednesday's 5-1 victory. Tampa Bay has won 15 straight home games in this series. We got burned taking a huge favorite in Montreal on Thursday as the Habs lost at home to Ottawa. There's really no value taking the Bolts here on a massive -370 moneyline, so we will go back to the puckline (-145) as we did Wednesday.
LOUISIANA @ ARKANSAS ST. | 02/05 | 7:00 PM EST
LOUISIANA -3
ANALYSIS: Louisiana could be the team to beat in the Sun Belt and leads the West Division. Curious this spread is so small considering Arkansas State is just 6-9 overall and 3-5 in the league. The Red Wolves lost back-to-back games at Louisiana two weekends ago, one a blowout, one by 3 and have dropped four straight in the series. The road team has covered seven of the past 10 in it. How important is a head coach? The Ragin' Cajuns will welcome back coach Bob Marlin after he missed the previous two games due to COVID protocols.
LOUISIANA @ ARKANSAS ST. | 02/05 | 7:00 PM EST
LOUISIANA -3.5
The Ragin Cajuns have a slim one-game lead in the Sun Belt West and face an Arkansas State team that can’t win on the road but is 6-2 at home. Louisiana has won its last three games by three points or fewer and is 4-1 ATS in its last five as senior guard Cedric Russell has averaged 20 ppg over that span. He shoots 39 percent from 3-point range. Louisiana is the better team and the price is cheap by almost two points.
SEATTLE @ DIXIE ST | 02/05 | 9:00 PM EST
DIXIE ST +2
After five called-off games, the visiting Redhawks play only their third game of 2021. The lone victory this calendar year came against obscure St. Martin’s, and it was followed by a defeat on Jan. 15. The Redhawks have stumbled in four consecutive roadies, albeit against mostly stiffer competition. The Trailblazers can build off a win Saturday that snapped a seven-game straight-up slide.
