ANALYSIS: Bradley was 11-11 when four players got suspended pending a police investigation. (One has been cleared). Senior forward Elijah Childs (14.2 ppg, 8.3 rpg) is one of the players still out, and his absence is huge. In the three games since the suspensions, Bradley has lost by 22, 15 and 17. The first two losses were to Missouri State but the most recent came at home against last-place Illinois State. Even without ShanQuan Hemphill and Roman Penn, the Bulldogs have more than enough talent to cover.

ANALYSIS: Detroit is a respectable 6-8 at home, 9-5 against the spread. The Pistons also are 6-1 ATS as home dogs. The Kings have lost nine straight both straight-up and against the spread, and they continue to trot out the NBA's worst defense. Last night they gave up 140 points to the Knicks. Jerami Grant (23.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg) was rested Wednesday in New Orleans, so he should be ready for 35-plus minutes. Back the Pistons.

ANALYSIS: Two very disappointing teams here -- Boston is below .500 and Indiana would fall a game below with a loss. It's also the front end of a B2B for the Pacers. While the teams split two games in Indianapolis back in December, the Celtics have won 10 of the past 14 in the series and will have Kemba Walker back after he rested Wednesday in an ugly loss in Atlanta to conclude a winless three-game road trip. Indiana is 0-4 ATS in its past four as a dog and Boston is 8-3 ATS in its past 11 at home -- for those who want to take the Celtics at -3. Myself, I prefer the moneyline these days on home favorites between 3-6 points or so to avoid any last-second bad beat.

ANALYSIS: The Kings have lost nine straight games and were just demolished by the Knicks on Thursday, falling by 19 points. If they lose this game, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see coach Luke Walton fired. While the Pistons are an ugly 3-15 on the road, they are 6-8 at home. Saben Lee has filled in well at point guard and Jerami Grant is fresh after being rested Wednesday, so I like the Pistons’ chances of pulling off the win.

ANALYSIS: Drake has been the best bet in the country this season at 17-2-1 ATS and is battling Loyola Chicago for the Missouri Valley regular-season title on the final weekend of conference play. So why back a Bradley team that has lost 10 of 12? The Braves are a solid 8-5 at home, sure, but it's more that Drake is down two starters in leading scorer ShanQuan Hemphill, who could be back by the NCAA Tournament, and point guard Roman Penn, who broke his foot last Sunday against Evansville and is done for the year. That's 25.3 points, 9.6 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game. This line already has dipped under 9 points at many books, so grab it now as it may drop a bit further. The home team is 4-0 ATS in the past four in this series.

ANALYSIS: This is the lone power six conference game of Friday, and I'm pretty surprised that Purdue is a slight dog as the Boilers are clearly the better team and home-court advantage means very little this year. Great news for Purdue in its last game as guard Sasha Stefanovic broke out of his scoring slump with 14 points and hit 4-for-8 from deep. He hadn't looked right since returning from COVID. The Boilers have won 10 of the past 11 meetings vs. the Nittany Lions and were 80-72 winners at Mackey Arena on Jan. 17. Penn State is 4-9 ATS in its past 13 home games, while the Boilers are 5-1-1 ATS in their past seven away.

ANALYSIS: KenPom ranks these schools essentially even with Drexel at No. 167 and James Madison at 169. The Dragons are slightly better offensively and the Dukes slightly so on defense. However, we love the home side simply as Drexel hasn't played since Feb. 7 due to COVID issues, so who knows if the team will have everyone healthy. JMU, meanwhile, is on a seven-game winning streak, leads the Colonial Athletic Association (just one conference loss) and is a stellar 12-3 ATS on the season.
