        DETROIT @ COLUMBUS | 03/02 | 7:00 PM EST
        COLUMBUS -175
ANALYSIS: I won't lie that this is a dangerous price simply because the Blue Jackets have lost five straight and scored more than two goals just once in those. However, they might be playing for Coach John Tortorella's job. The Jackets also won't have to deal with Detroit's second-leading scorer in Dylan Larkin (4 goals, seven assists) and probably not the Wings' fourth-leading scorer in Robby Fabbri (4 goals, 5 assists), either. This feels like a 3-2 Columbus victory.

        OTTAWA @ MONTREAL | 03/02 | 7:00 PM EST
        MONTREAL -255
ANALYSIS: Montreal enters on a five-game losing streak, but four were on the road and three ended in at least overtime. The Habs are 1-3 vs. Ottawa this year so will not be taking the improving Sens likely. This isn't the best value price but I expect a bounce-back game from Carey Price and don't trust at all Ottawa netminder Joey Daccord, he of the one career NHL start and that in the 2018-19 season. The Sens players also got bad news Tuesday in that No. 1 center Derek Stepan is done for the year. It's the second of a back-to-back for Ottawa and third game in four nights. Montreal has had two days off. This shouldn't be close.

        L.A. CLIPPERS @ BOSTON | 03/02 | 7:30 PM EST
        L.A. CLIPPERS -182
ANALYSIS: The spread (currently Clippers -4.5) and moneyline on this game will grow if the Celtics rule All-Star Jaylen Brown out due to injury. I tend to think they will -- better to let him rest up through the break, even if that means skipping the All-Star Game -- but even if not, the Clippers are the better team overall and appear to be at full strength. They may not cover 4.5 points if Brown plays but still should win.

            DENVER @ MILWAUKEE | 03/02 | 9:00 PM EST
            DENVER +8
ANALYSIS: The Nuggets are on the second night of a back-to-back, but they shouldn't be getting this many points. On the road, Denver is shooting 49 percent and better than 40 percent from deep. Denver is still missing several key contributors, but P.J. Dozier's return two games ago was significant. He makes a huge difference defensively. This could be a letdown spot for Milwaukee after the Bucks' rousing finish versus the Clippers. Take the points.
