The Hawks are favored because they closed the regular season with three straight wins, including 91-82 in OT over La Salle on Feb. 20 -- but my model forecasts La Salle covering the short spread in nearly 65 percent of simulations.

Of course, Anthony Davis remains out and Kyle Kuzma missed Tuesday's game with a minor injury and is in question here. I've gone into an NBA betting funk ever since the Kings GAGGED away a sure win Sunday at home vs. Charlotte. If they can't win this one, even without Tyrese Haliburton, I'm done with them for good. I don't trust the Kings to cover the 4 points, though.

ANALYSIS: ATLANTIC 10 TOURNAMENT -- Game from a neutral site in Richmond and what's better than morning hoops? Saint Joseph's won its final three games of the regular season and that coincided with leading scorer Ryan Daly (19.4 ppg) returning from a long absence. That included a home nine-point OT win vs. La Salle on Feb. 20. Daly has averaged 23.0 points per game since his return. The winner of the battle between two Philadelphia Big 5 rivals will face No. 5 UMass in the second round of the A-10 tourney. The Explorers have covered just one of their past six overall, so we'll back the Hawks.
