N.Y. ISLANDERS @ WASHINGTON | 03/16 | 7:00 PM EDT
WASHINGTON -103
ANALYSIS: I must say I don't understand why Washington is an underdog as the Caps have won five straight and nine of 10. Yes, they are on the second of a back-to-back but a home underdog? Ilya Samsonov (5-0-1, 2.77 GAA) gets the call in net here for Washington. True, New York is very good and on a nine-game winning streak but plays its third road game in four nights and recently lost top goal-scorer Anders Lee for the season. The Caps are actually 4-1 in their past five in the second of a B2B.

CLEVELAND @ MIAMI | 03/16 | 8:00 PM EDT
MIAMI -10.5
ANALYSIS: The Cavs haven't been competitive in two road games since the All-Star Break, and I look for that to continue tonight against the streaking Heat. Miami has won 10 of 11 and likely gets big man Bam Adebayo back on the floor. Look for the Heat to improve to 11-1 ATS in their last 12 home meetings with Cleveland.

NEW ORLEANS @ PORTLAND | 03/16 | 10:00 PM EDT
OVER 238
ANALYSIS: The Trail Blazers get C.J. McCollum back and should kill the Pelicans from deep, while the Pelicans should score at will inside. Each team has an elite offense and a bottom-three defense. Go Over.

NEW YORK @ PHILADELPHIA | 03/16 | 8:00 PM EDT
OVER 218
ANALYSIS: Philly averages over 119 points at home and is playing faster without Joel Embiid. The Over is 5-1 in the 76ers' last six games, and has cashed in five straight Knicks' games. On the second night of a back-to-back, the Knicks' tough defense won't be as effective. Go Over.
NEW ORLEANS @ PORTLAND | 03/16 | 10:00 PM EDT
PORTLAND -127
ANALYSIS: CJ McCollum is back for Portland, and he was off to a blazing-hot start (26.7 ppg) before going down with a broken foot. I'm sure McCollum won't be playing 35 minutes right away, but he can only help to take some of the load off Damian Lillard. New Orleans hasn't played a road game since Feb. 27 and is just 5-12 away. I'll go with the moneyline at -127 instead of -2 at -110 simply to take a 1-point win or 2-point push out of the equation. Portland has thrived on lower-tier defenses like the Pels' this season. New Orleans has allowed teams to shoot 39.1% on threes, the third-highest in the league.
