This will be their third game in four nights and they have lost six straight in that scenario.

Today's game is expected to be played and again will feature a pair of lefties in the Red Sox's Martin Perez and Twins' JA Happ. Lifetime against Minnesota, Perez is 0-3 with a 4.91 ERA in five games (four starts). Minnesota is 2-1 vs. southpaws this year and Boston 2-2. That Monday's game was called off might actually hurt the Sox a bit as they were raking on a six-game winning streak. Hitters don't like days off when rolling.
