ANALYSIS: Oddsmakers keep giving the Mariners great runline prices (-130 here), and I'll just keep cashing on them -- Seattle is an MLB-best 14-4 on the runline this season. Seattle has one advantage here in that it was off Wednesday and thus will have a full bullpen, and that group has been fantastic this year, while the Red Sox lost Wednesday at home vs. Toronto. Boston hasn't seen Seattle starter Justin Dunn (1-0, 3.72) previously. Sox starter Nick Pivetta (2-0, 3.68) has walked 11 batters in his three starts and couldn't get out of the fourth inning last time out.

ANALYSIS: I generally prefer runline wagering, but I don't see value on that in this matchup and we always like to bet something on the first game of an MLB day -- so Reds on the regular moneyline it is. Cincy gets back outfielder Nick Castellanos after he missed the past two on suspension. Arizona, meanwhile, is sitting a few of its regulars in the getaway day game. The Reds are trying to avoid the sweep and are 6-1 in their last 7 games after losing the first 2 of a series.

We recommended against the Blueshirts and Igor Shesterkin on Tuesday at the Islanders, and the Russian wasn't good but he has been better at home. New York is 6-1 in its past seven at Madison Square Garden.
