ANALYSIS: How wildly entertaining has this series been? Tampa Bay leads 2-1 but could easily be up 3-0 ... or down 2-1. Thursday's 6-5 Panthers win in OT was one of the best hockey games I have seen in a long time. Have to take the Bolts here, though, at such a cheap moneyline price at home because it's much easier to trust Andrei Vasilevskiy in net than whomever Florida will use in Game 4. In addition, the Lightning haven't dropped back-to-back home games this season.

ANALYSIS: The Bucks should be HIGHLY motivated for this one after the Heat knocked them out in five games in the bubble playoffs last summer. Miami was the better team, too, even before Giannis Antetokounmpo was injured. Milwaukee has Jrue Holiday now, though, and Tyler Herro went nuts in the 2020 playoff and hasn't been near the same guy this season. Disregard the 2021 regular-season series (Bucks won 2-1) as Jimmy Butler didn't play in any of them. There should be a solid home-court advantage with a season-high 50 percent capacity allowed in Milwaukee. Previously, it was 18 percent.

ANALYSIS: The Bucks took two out of three from Miami this season with the spread not mattering in any of them. The Bucks had a chip on their shoulder after losing in the playoffs to Miami last season. This season has been a streak of moods for both teams. The Bucks have won eight of their last 10 but covered just once in their last seven games. The new constant for the Heat is running a faster pace that has helped 11 of their last 13 games get Over the total. Over is the top play.

ANALYSIS: The Knicks ended the regular season as the NBA’s best cover team (45-25-2 ATS) with the best defense that allowed the fewest points (104.7 ppg) and held opponents to the lowest shooting percentage from the field (44.0 percent) and 3-point land (33.7 percent). They also won and covered all three meetings with the Hawks this season, and the Hawks shot well in two of the games. There are lots of questionable important players for Atlanta on the injury list as well. Sunday night playoffs at Madison Square Garden after an eight-year wait? I’m on the Knicks.

ANALYSIS: I don’t agree with this number, but if we simply look at the three meetings these teams had this season in which Portland covered the spread in all three (1-2 SU) it’s easier to understand the short price on the Nuggets at home. But the Blazers held Denver well below its season average of 48.5 percent from the field. The Nuggets are just 4-4 in their last eight games, but I’m on them at what I still believe is cheap by three points. But the best value is the Nuggets money line, so I'm going with that.
