    Play On: Houston -1.5 -112 (Lyles/Greinke) Listed
The Texas Rangers take on the Astros in Houston on Wednesday night. Texas is 25-42 SU overall this year while Houston comes in with a 38-28 SU overall record this season. Jordan Lyles is 2-4 with a 5.37 ERA overall this year and 1-3 with a 4.50 ERA on the road this season. Zack Greinke is 6-2 with a 3.68 ERA overall this year and 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA his last 3 starts. Greinke has a 3.10 ERA in 17 career starts vs Texas. Texas is allowing 6.1 runs per game past 7 games overall. Houston is scoring 7.3 runs per game past 7 games overall. Houston is 18-2 at home vs Texas the past 3 years. Texas is 16-44 last 3 years on the road when the total is 8 to 8 1/2. We'll recommend a small play on Houston on the Run line tonight! Thanks and good luck, Rocky

NHL | Canadiens vs Golden Knights
      Play on: UNDER 5 +121

With an O/U line of five, this one has a chance of being a 'push.' The first game had a final score of 4-1. That said, I am expecting a relatively low-scoring affair. Getting the under five goals, at an underdog price, is providing very fair value. Both goalies are highly capable. While the Habs have seen the 'under' go 14-9-1 after allowing four or more goals, the 'under' is also a lucrative 8-1-2 when Vegas has played in the Conference Finals. Consider the Under.

        MLB | Diamondbacks vs Giants
Play on: Giants -158 at linepros

ASA FREE PLAY ON San Francisco -155 over Arizona, Wednesday at 9:45 PM ET - The DBacks are in a full blown free fall. Just when it looked like they may actually win a game last night vs SF, they blew leads of 7-0 & 8-3 and lost 9-8. They have now won just 5 of their last 40 games and they’ve lost 21 straight road games! Last night’s game was as demoralizing as any of those losses and today will be a tough bounce back for Arizona. They will send Merrill Kelly to the mound and we look for SF to have a big night at the plate. Kelly has allowed 100 baserunners in just 75 innings this year and Arizona has lost the last 7 times he’s started. His last win was way back on April 27th. The Giants counter with Anthony DeSclafani who owns a solid 2.70 career ERA mark vs Arizona. In his last 3 starts DeSclafani has allowed a total of 4 earned runs on 11 total hits. He’s coming off a shutout complete game vs Washington on June 11th. The Giants have won all 4 games vs the Diamondbacks this season by a combined score of 27-14. Going back further, the DBacks have won just 5 of last 21 meetings with the Giants. We’ll back San Francisco to get the win on Wednesday night.

Wednesday MLB Free play. My selection is on San Francisco over Arizona at 9:45 pm et on Wednesday.
Anthony DeSclafani remains one of the most undervalued starters in baseball this season and we'll back him again at a short price on Wednesday night.
DeSclafani checks in sporting a 1.86 ERA and 0.81 WHIP in 10 nighttime starts this season with the Giants winning eight of those games. While his ERA of 4.66 leaves something to be desired, he has posted a stellar 1.10 WHIP in five home starts, where he averages just under six innings per start. Behind DeSclafani is a terrific Giants bullpen that owns a terrific 2.53 ERA and 1.00 WHIP with 13 converted saves and only two blown here at home this season.
Merrill Kelly will take the ball for the D'Backs. He's been awful on the road this season, recording a 6.13 ERA and 1.36 WHIP with the Snakes going 2-5 in his seven starts. Given that he averages just 5 2/3 innings per start, we're likely to see plenty of the Arizona bullpen. That relief corps has posted a collective 4.71 ERA and 1.43 WHIP with only three converted saves compared to eight blown on the road this season. Take San Francisco (8*).

                  MLB | Twins vs Mariners
Play on: Mariners +125 at pinnacle

My free play is on the Sea Mariners at 10:10 ET.
The Minnesota Twins entered the current season off winning back-to-back AL Central titles but even though it's just mid-June, it's probably safe to say that there will be NO division crown for the Twins in 2021. Minnesota opened a six-game road trip this week with three games in Seattle against the Mariners, losing just 4-3 on Monday but then getting routed on Tuesday. Minnesota's J.A. Happ allowed a first pitch HR and five runs after just two innings, as Seattle pounded out 14 hits in a 10-0 win. The Twins are now 26-41 and find themselves in last-place in the AL Central, 16 games back of the division-leading White Sox. Seattle starter Chris Flexen pitched eight scoreless innings with an 8-0 KW ratio, as the Mariners won for a third straight time, closing within one game of .500 at 34-35. I'm not sure if one could call Seattle an AL West contender, as the Mariners are EIGHT games behind the Oakland A's and 5 1/2-games back of the second-place Astros.
The Twins are scheduled to send rookie right-hander Bailey Ober (0-0, 4.85 ERA) to the mound to make his fourth career start and his first against Seattle. The 25-year-old rookie lasted four innings in his first two starts and then five innings in his most recent outing. The good news would be his 15-2 KW ratio but his ERA (4.85) and WHIP (1.46) are NOT good signs. Seattle will hand the ball to left-hander Justus Sheffield (5-5, 4.91 ERA) in the series finale, as the Mariners go for a three-game sweep and a chance to get back to .500. Sheffield began his career with the Yankees in 2018 but was traded to Seattle in November of 2018. He made 18 appearances (17 starts) for Seattle in 2019 and 2020, going 4-4 with a 4.34 ERA. However, he's been a regular part of the team's rotation in 2021, His numbers don't look good and he lasted a season-low four innings in his last outing, an 8-3 loss at Detroit on Thursday. However, here's the rub. In his six road starts, he's 1-4 (team is 2-4) with a 6.16 ERA and BAA of .331 (ouch!). However, here at T-Mobile Park, he owns a 3.58 ERA and BAA of .258 in five starts, going 4-1.
Why not back Seattle to sweep, as Sheffield has pitched with confidence at home and note that despite a 34-35 overall record, the Mariners are plus-$915 vs the moneyline (at $100/game), the fourth-best mark in MLB. As for the Twins, they are minus-$1,911 vs the moneyline, ranking ahead of only MLB's worst team, the Arizona D'backs (20-48 / minus-$2,458). Bring out the broom!
                  Good luck...Larry

                    MLB | Twins vs Mariners
Play on: Mariners +1½ -148 at pinnacle

This is a free play on Seattle +1.5.
The Mariners beat the snot out of the Twins last night, winning 10-0. Seattle is now 19-14 at home, while Minnesota is 12-20 on the road. Somehow somebody who thinks they are a whole lot sharper than me figures Minnesota should be the favorite here tonight.
Justus Sheffield will toe the slab for Seattle, and while his numbers aren't great, he has been his best at home. Sheffield is 4-1 with a 3.58 ERA in five home starts.
The Twins hand the ball to Bailey Ober, and the 25 year old makes his fourth start of the season. He's been just average in his first three career starts.
The Mariners are 7-2 in their last nine home games.

                      1* NBA - Clippers/Jazz *FREE PICK* on Jazz -7
Wednesday's Free NBA Pick is on the Utah Jazz as a 7-point home favorite in Game 5 against the Los Angeles Clippers. Just when it looked like the Clippers may have figured something out, they won't have Kawhi Leonard for Game 5 and maybe the rest of the series because of a hurt knee. As good as Paul George has been in the last couple games, he can't be trusted on the road to carry this team all on his own. Utah should win and win easy. Bet the Jazz -7!
