They typically crush left-handed pitching. In addition, the Pirates are in turmoil after questionable moves by manager Derek Shelton. Look for Lucas Giolito (3-1, 2.70 ERA over his last six starts) to dominate, and play the White Sox minus 1.5 runs at -105.

ANALYSIS: Seattle is nothing special, but the M's are pretty solid at home and just swept four from the Rays there over the weekend. This is more about fading Colorado, though, as the Rox are a laughable 5-27 away. Lefty Kyle Freeland has a 9.58 ERA in his five starts. Mariners counterpart Chris Flexen (6-3, 4.12) has become fairly dependable and blanked the Twins over eight last time out. He has a 2.16 ERA at home.

I'll jump on the runline value now on San Francisco -- which adds the DH. It could be the Halos rest Shohei Ohtani with him pitching Wednesday afternoon. They start inconsistent lefty Andrew Heaney (4-4, 4.45) in this one. The Giants counter with Anthony DeSclafani (7-2, 3.01). They have won seven straight following an off day.
