I've backed the Yankees in both games of this series so far. They should have won the opener but lost and probably should have lost Wednesday but won. Yanks starter Jameson Taillon (1-4, 5.59) has pretty bad numbers overall but will be on extra rest and has a 3.29 ERA at home. The Royals' Brad Keller (6-7, 6.34) is 0-3 with a 9.39 ERA in his past five, allowing at least five runs in each. KC is 3-9 in its past 12 after a loss.

The Canadiens' penalty kill has been historically good all postseason, and the Knights' forwards just aren't scoring. This is the first time in 11 best-of-7 all-time matchups that the Golden Knights have faced a 3-2 series deficit. They are 2-3 when facing elimination in their short history. Habs goalie Carey Price owns a career record of 7-5 in elimination games. Montreal reaches its first Cup Final since 1993.
