Boston is in great current form, having won 4 straight and 5 of their last 7 games, including a sweep of the Yankees over the weekend. The Sox have been doing a great job of scoring runs, plating 6,9,4, and 5 runs in their last 4 games. Nick Pivetta is a guy we’ve had success backing all year long, and he’s coming off his best start of the season. Pivetta didn’t allow a single hit in 6.2 innings in his last start as Boston had a combined no-hitter going into the 8th. On the other side, we have a Royals team that has lost 6 in a row and 13 of 16. Brad Keller enters with an ERA of 6.39 and has been roughed up in each of his last 4 starts. Take the Red Sox run line.

Giolito has been a consistent starter for most of the season and for whatever reason Minnesota has struggled mightily against the White Sox this year. The Twins are 1-6 in the last 7 meetings between the two teams and 0-4 in their last 4 games in Chicago. Take the White Sox.

Texas owns the worst road record in the American League (10-27) and has won just one of its last 20 away from home. The Rangers haven't fared well in Oakland lately, losing seven of their last eight visits. Expect the Athletics to continue the dominance.
